Craig was losing his crazy a bit at this point, kind of stuck doing "normal" crazy things, staying within his established envelope. when Billy started full-on craziness, Craig at first acted like a late night talk show host... but eventually he found his inner Craig.
Billy Connolly was actually the first comedian I ever saw in person and I just now realized that. He was the opening act for a topless show in Vegas when I was 9 years old 1987. No one had heard of them at of him at this point at least in america. I remember nothing except for if he fell into a pool with all of the Showgirls he come up sucking his thumb. Had no clue what that meant when I was nine😂
