Lots of you suggested a willow weaving video....so here's a good one to start with. If you've commented in the past then thank you so much. If you're new here and have never commented then let me know what video you think I should make next. Maybe a solo campout with Amber, a coastal fishing and cookup, a woodland feast with Mike, or maybe a good old fire-lighting video using a method you have probably never seen before? You guys are awesome! Shoutout to my 10K and under crew!
This is great looking forward to more weaving. Is there anything you can't do? Your talents are unlimited. Thank You for showing us how to do this heart. I enjoy all you do, cooking, hangin with Mike, building things or just camping out. A solo with Amber would also be fun.

@BUSHCRAFTFIRES Try soaking the willow in water for a day or so. It won't break so easily. If you have the option, steaming works much better. Wonderful and beautiful project at any rate! Keep it up!
The pink willow was pre soaked for a few hours. Fresh willow sometimes needs to be soaked. In the video I think only one willow cane cracked out of the bunch I collected. But yeah...soaking the willow always helps reduce the chance of cracking. Thanks for commenting.

Love the heart weaving. Some more weaving would be good. Also more cooking good in the woods, campouts with Amber or collaborations with Mike and Graeme. Actually whatever you feel like filming is all educational and entertaining. Thanks Dustin for all the great videos. Woke up early and saw that you had a new TH-cam up, so it was nice way to wake up.
