for those who cannot find the modify column option , use the derived column by option by clicking on the depData source, inside the derived column card, mention the column name "depname" and double click on the value input for that, a window will open , there select the upper function by searching it, and pass the depname as parameter, save and finish. Now click on the join condition and change the second source to the derived column. You can do similar things to other columns as well.
Hi Maheer, If i want to join data source(one from on-prem) and another from azure cloud, which IR do i need to choose? Will it work on self-hosted IR? Thanks.
