Greatest teen movie ever. My father’s personality is Fred Ward. Lol he had same gun as him in this movie too. My dad sadly passed last year I love him. And so did the actor unfortunately.😢
Oh man... I've had too many, I was so confused until I read tony's comment, I was like "Wait... are you saying Fred Ward loved your father? Like... a manly love? Like... the kind of love that only a man could give another man kind of love?" Weird thing to post on the internet in memorial, but hey... you do you.
@@commotiocordis1037 no I said in retrospect that Fred Wards character’s personality reminded me of my father’s personality. He was the same way in real life. Also my father passed away around the same time as Fred Ward. And I love and miss my father is what I met.
Not gonna lie, they may have used him for his car in the beginning but look at them right here. They were looking after him and he took one look at Kyle and decided “Nobody hurts Kyle” and squared off. They were GREAT friends by the end.
Ah, Road Trip, the film that I remember watching while I was midway through high school. I initially thought that the wacky adventure that Josh and his crew went on to get a videotape back was the mandatory college experience. I also thought that I'd start dating once I entered college. The reality? I never left town and I never hooked up with anyone, but I did meet ex-college classmates who threatened to kill me once after a few disputes and accidents too many. 2:02: That's how I will say "I'm not mad" someday. Promise.
A lot of people don't know Todd Phillips started out this is his movie. It feels like a Todd Phillips movie but you wouldn't know. I looked it up about 10 years ago and found it out.
I rewatched this movie recently and it’s not a good movie in my opinion. When I was younger in my teen days, I remember thinking this movie was decent, not great. But Rachel Blanchard was really good in this movie and was the silver lining with a standout performance as the former girlfriend he was chasing.
@@clokwize No, not for that reason. But since you raise that point and in commenting on this scene, no less, try to understand that sometimes a parent can be their own worst enemy.
“I’M NOT MAD!”😂
That cracks me up every time 🤣
I came here just for that part lmao
I’m so happy I’m not the only person that thinks of the (head shaking) “I’m not mad” scene

Greetings and peace be upon your father. I wonder if he watched Road Trip as well.

One of the reasons this movie is popular.
Yeah they don't even help Josh fight the guy right away. Too busy tending to their pal Kyle.
No shit
0:30 Brock Lesnar watched this movie and knew this was his finisher.
R.I.P Fred Ward
Todd Phillips directed the movie
My 3rd favorite Fred Ward performance after Tremors 1&2. He was just so perfect for the grumpy police dad role. RIP legend.
This movie is underrated!!! I love this movie it’s the original Bromance film.
I love how the guy calls him, Suzy and Mary 😂
Fred Ward was an amazing actor
“Come on, Suzy..”
And “You bet, Mary..” kills me every time 😭
2:12 damn right she is
Josh is like “I told you!”
I love how he disregarded Tiffany earlier, then caves when he realizes how hot she is.
they bleep out 'jerk'
Totally unnecessary censorship there.
Reported for typing j**k out.

Fred Ward, You’re Making A Mistake, DJ Qualls Is Not Kidnapped!

And up until now! 😂

"Who's my bitch? Who's my bitch?!"
And she just playing the tape as he on the phone. I almost died
Great movie

The colored wireless phone: welcome to the late 90’s 😊
Rip fred ward....
They allowed Fred Ward to say Hell, but they bleeped out Damn and Jerk? Hypocrites!
Seriously? Censoring all those words, even “jerk”?…..
And afterwards, Tiffany changed her name to Nancy, traveled to England and started a relationship with a wastrel, Jeremy "Jez" Usborne
What is Remo Williams doing with a gun??
I want to see DJ Qualls in more movies
The stifmister!
Wow
Fred Ward, legend
Please can any one tell me the song at :30 seconds lol

Yeah lot of good actresses got put into shitty movies in the 2000s and it seems most of the top roles just went to blanchet, jolie, aniston and theron
I can see my bum!
Fred Ward's character would probably go on to become a Trump supporter.
because he went out of his way to go look for his son like any responsible parent would do? Got it
