Preparing to practice Dhamma at Wat Pa Wachira Banphot, Chonburi Province. Prepare as follows.
1.Original ID card To register and insure the cost of meditation clothing, there is a fee of 100 baht for laundry, including every day spent practicing meditation. You will get your ID card back when you return the outfit.
2. Clothes, toiletries, towels are recommended to be prepared according to the day of stay.
3. Prepare your body and mind. Everything is free. No need to prepare anything.
There are 2 rounds of registration.
First round 11.00 -12.00 hrs.
Second round at 3:30 p.m.
Who has little time? You can practice Dhamma for 1 night. It is recommended to register before noon. You will have a complete set of Dhamma practices. I also walked meditation in the afternoon.
As for who has time to practice Dhamma? I recommend staying at the temple for at least 3 nights. Because the first night is an adjustment. The second night started better. The third night I started to get used to it and adjust. You will be able to bring good things back to use in your daily life, both in the religious world.
Time for Dhamma practice, waking up, doing benefits, praying, doing observance, starting from 3:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. each day.
Refrain from using mobile phones during meditation. But individual breaks can be used. and do not disturb others in using the phone
It is also a journey to happiness, morality, concentration, wisdom, being able to live with yourself and Dhamma more. Practicing Dhamma is a good start to living a mindful life. Our life is like this. Birth, old age, sickness, death. Whoever can think first, can let go, can let go, will have a happy life. Suffering is in the heart. If your heart is happy, other things will be good as well. May everyone be happy.
