ok So I use OBS from my computer all the things you are seeing on screen is not a mod at all it's acually textures. I'm in a discord server that makes these types of things I will invite you to it. basically What I was using is an xbox one controller most of my friends on the discord website don't use the wii remote. But um they are making more I will be posting more of these tomorrow. anyways that's what I'm using. also the emulator I'm using is called daphin emulator that allows gamecube games and wii games. Depends on what you are playing on. Im on a pc and it's the wii version as well. If your using the ps2 version that might be the cause as well. Or if you are using the real wii then that can be it as well. The wii van only run the game at 720p. While my computer can run it at 1080p. I hope it explains it well.
I love how you changed the design of the track and swaped colors for the mach 6 with the mach 4!

i see why this game is no longer supported because they didnt release it on pc version

They are textures. There is no way to get it. I found it online on a discord server everything you see on that game is textures.

yeah you can use a gamecube controller as long as it's plugged into your computer then it will work.
