I had a complex requirement in PowerApps. I have decided to move that complex logics to Power Automate. Came across this video and this video gave me the much needed spark for my requirement. Now I have finished my task within 2 hours. Thanks for making this video :)

Great Tutorial. Really showed me what I needed to learn about Output Parameters. Just a quick question aren't you calling that flow twice?

Great video, I am beginning to learn Power Automate and Power Apps and I found this video really helpful. In the future would you consider doing a video on creating a PowerApp which uses a flow that returns data from an API?

Sure, I already have some videos prepared for the same using Power Automate. Please visit Power Automate section over there.

Thanks Dhruvin,,, its really great to find this out . My Question is, how about the power automate flow security setting, is it based on the user who run the power Apps or it can be run on behalf of the owner of power flow it self?

I just have a question why doesn't the vNum and vSuccess get collected in the FlowOP collection correctly?

    • @jayantdesai1609

Because in power automate at the output , we selected vNum and the value assigned to it is String ,
Resolution: change output type to string in power automate for vPhone

Great video. The collection properties seem to return blank or I am not getting them. I created a flow and initialised/set variables, type integer, as you demonstrated. button.OnSelect uses the ClearCollect(flowOutput, buttonUpdate(0,0)); Power Automate shows the flow ran successfully and raw variables outputs displays the correct values. Getting to populate local variables seems to return blank or nothing UpdateContext({intNo:flowPOoutput.flowoutput_no}); UpdateContext({intID:First(flowPOoutput).flowoutput_id}); Any syntax issue? different settings that needs addressing? Does one need to be on specific plan for those feature to run? I am trying to return latest No, ID from latest record created in a SharePoint list. Continue to share the knowledge. Great

The only issue is now when i open the SP list , the value is stored, but i see an other value. it seems when i reopen the edit list, the value is not read from the SP list/ Any idea how to solve this?
