I left Islam 6 years ago. Non-violence and pacifism should be the core of any true religion, which isn't the case with Islam.
One of my main reasons for me leaving was Islam allows bloodshed and killing of animals in the name of halal, something i couldn't agree with from my then religion

After divorce old husband in not any husband you fool
If there is nothing in Kuran about halala then the old husband can keep her wife after tripple talaq also. Because this matter is a personal matter between husband and wife. If they both agree to live together they can live after tripple talaq also as there is no such thing in Kuran. Even the Supreme court also does not have any objection to it as it is verbal trend not involving legat documents.

Nikah Halala is a practice as prescribed in the Quran
Quran 2:230 - “If a husband divorces his wife (irrevocably), He cannot, after that, re-marry her until after she has married another husband and He has divorced her. In that case there is no blame on either of them if they re-unite, provided they feel that they can keep the limits ordained by Allah. Such are the limits ordained by Allah, which He makes plain to those who understand.”

Halala is the process of marrying for second time and getting divorced naturally not staged.
After getting divorce from the first marriage.
The Woman should marry in a genuine way for the second time and second marriage must also end up in divorce naturally. Then she can go to first husband as wife if she wishes otherwise staged marriage or sleep for a night with moulvi or misuse is prohibited.

According to Islamic law, once you give divorce to your wife, u cant re marry her immediately. She is free to marry other male of her choice. She would live with her new husband and family happily. But If things turn wrong with her new husband too and unfortunately her new husband too divorce her , than in such condition he can look for other life partnr including her first husband.
Or her first husband ( to whom she was married first time) can approach her to marry again.
Now wondering what is halala?
well this is distortion of the same rule. Male divorcee her wife . since he cant remarry the same wife again, he ask another man to marry her wife amd give divirce just after a day so that hee husabnd could remarry her again.
Its totally unislamic and some consider it as grave sin as it make mockery of Islamic law and inflict humiliation on women.
Everything is depend on Niyat( Intention) if someone marry with women with intention to give hee divorce just after day than he is sinner in eye of Almighty as well as society.
Personally i have never heard about Nikaah halaala in our society apart from news. So it rarely happens and majority of muslim even dont know about, let alone to practice......

فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِن بَعْدُ حَتَّىٰ تَنكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ ۗ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَن يَتَرَاجَعَا إِن ظَنَّا أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
(दो तलाक़ों के पश्चात) फिर यदि वह उसे तलाक़ दे दे, तो इसके पश्चात वह उसके लिए वैध न होगी, जब तक कि वह उसके अतिरिक्त किसी दूसरे पति से निकाह न कर ले। अतः यदि वह उसे तलाक़ दे दे तो फिर उन दोनों के लिए एक-दूसरे की ओर पलट आने में कोई गुनाह न होगा, यदि वे समझते हों कि अल्लाह की सीमाओं पर क़ायम रह सकते हैं। ये अल्लाह कि निर्धारित की हुई सीमाएँ हैं, जिन्हें वह उन लोगों के लिए बयान कर रहा है जो जानना चाहते हों।
2:231 وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ ۚ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا لِّتَعْتَدُوا ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ ۚ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا آيَاتِ اللَّهِ هُزُوًا ۚ وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَا أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ وَالْحِكْمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
और जब तुम स्त्रियों को तलाक़ दे दो और वे अपनी निश्चित अवधि (इद्दत) को पहुँच जाएँ, तो सामान्य नियम के अनुसार उन्हें रोक लो या सामान्य नियम के अनुसार उन्हें विदा कर दो। और तुम उन्हें नुक़सान पहुँचाने के ध्येय से न रोको कि ज़्यादती करो। और जो ऐसा करेगा, तो उसने स्वयं अपने ही ऊपर ज़ुल्म किया। और अल्लाह की आयतों को परिहास का विषय न बनाओ, और अल्लाह की कृपा जो तुम पर हुई है उसे याद रखो और उस किताब और हिकमत (तत्वदर्शिता) को याद रखो जो उसने तुम पर उतारी है, जिसके द्वारा वह तुम्हें नसीहत करता है। और अल्लाह का डर रखो और भली-भाँति जान लो कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ को जाननेवाला है।
2:232 وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ أَن يَنكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَاضَوْا بَيْنَهُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَن كَانَ مِنكُمْ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۗ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَزْكَىٰ لَكُمْ وَأَطْهَرُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
और जब तुम स्त्रियों को तलाक़ दे दो और वे अपनी निर्धारित अवधि (इद्दत) को पहुँच जाएँ तो उन्हें अपने होनेवाले दूसरे पतियों से विवाह करने से न रोको, जबकि वे सामान्य नियम के अनुसार परस्पर रज़ामन्दी से मामला तय करें। यह नसीहत तुममें से उसको की जा रही है जो अल्लाह और अन्तिम दिन पर ईमान रखता है। यही तुम्हारे लिए ज़्यादा बरकतवाला और सुथरा तरीक़ा है। और अल्लाह जानता है, तुम नहीं जानते।

(दो तलाक़ों के पश्चात) फिर यदि वह उसे तलाक़ दे दे, तो इसके पश्चात वह उसके लिए वैध न होगी, जब तक कि वह उसके अतिरिक्त किसी दूसरे पति से निकाह न कर ले। अतः यदि वह उसे तलाक़ दे दे तो फिर उन दोनों के लिए एक-दूसरे की ओर पलट आने में कोई गुनाह न होगा, यदि वे समझते हों कि अल्लाह की सीमाओं पर क़ायम रह सकते हैं। ये अल्लाह कि निर्धारित की हुई सीमाएँ हैं, जिन्हें वह उन लोगों के लिए बयान कर रहा है जो जानना चाहते हों।
2:231 وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ ۚ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا لِّتَعْتَدُوا ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ ۚ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا آيَاتِ اللَّهِ هُزُوًا ۚ وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَا أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ وَالْحِكْمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
और जब तुम स्त्रियों को तलाक़ दे दो और वे अपनी निश्चित अवधि (इद्दत) को पहुँच जाएँ, तो सामान्य नियम के अनुसार उन्हें रोक लो या सामान्य नियम के अनुसार उन्हें विदा कर दो। और तुम उन्हें नुक़सान पहुँचाने के ध्येय से न रोको कि ज़्यादती करो। और जो ऐसा करेगा, तो उसने स्वयं अपने ही ऊपर ज़ुल्म किया। और अल्लाह की आयतों को परिहास का विषय न बनाओ, और अल्लाह की कृपा जो तुम पर हुई है उसे याद रखो और उस किताब और हिकमत (तत्वदर्शिता) को याद रखो जो उसने तुम पर उतारी है, जिसके द्वारा वह तुम्हें नसीहत करता है। और अल्लाह का डर रखो और भली-भाँति जान लो कि अल्लाह हर चीज़ को जाननेवाला है।
2:232 وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ أَن يَنكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَاضَوْا بَيْنَهُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَن كَانَ مِنكُمْ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۗ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَزْكَىٰ لَكُمْ وَأَطْهَرُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
और जब तुम स्त्रियों को तलाक़ दे दो और वे अपनी निर्धारित अवधि (इद्दत) को पहुँच जाएँ तो उन्हें अपने होनेवाले दूसरे पतियों से विवाह करने से न रोको, जबकि वे सामान्य नियम के अनुसार परस्पर रज़ामन्दी से मामला तय करें। यह नसीहत तुममें से उसको की जा रही है जो अल्लाह और अन्तिम दिन पर ईमान रखता है। यही तुम्हारे लिए ज़्यादा बरकतवाला और सुथरा तरीक़ा है। और अल्लाह जानता है, तुम नहीं जानते।

कुरान सुरा 2 आयत 230

So if a husband divorces his wife ˹three times˺, then it is not lawful for him to remarry her until after she has married another man and then is divorced. Then it is permissible for them to reunite, as long as they feel they are able to maintain the limits of Allah. These are the limits set by Allah, which He makes clear for people of knowledge.
