Very interesting how she makes the omelette. She has it down to an art. My only criticism is that her sister and brother are essentially doing nothing. Why do they not help her out more ? Everyone needs to pitch in so that the omelettes can be made at a faster rate. And furthermore the sister and brother should be out there on the street getting business. Lots of people are walking by who are potential customers. Do some marketing sister and brother. Probably you can double or triple sales easily. That is what I would do but it is up to you.
