I used to have strep throat so much around second grade in 2016 that I got my tonsils removed. I’m pretty sure I don’t get it as often anymore. Edit: actually i don’t think strep throat was the only reason, because I felt like my throat was really small and I thought I was having difficulty breathing. I also choked a tiny bit on crumbs and stuff.
