    Always something to learn from Joel, thanks for this one.
    But i dont agree that zone2 is Marketing. It is not something new for sure, but the one who has really done a lot of research in it is Inigo San Millan, one of the worlds top bike trainers and a great scientist. He has done a lot of research on it from a biogenisis point of view which is really interesting. He has used the term zone2 for over 30 years and has done a lot of it himself as a former pro cyclist.
    This type of training is just so benificial for health and performance, but it does take quite some time before you get the adoptions the leads to better performance. Have done it myself consistently for 8 months and is starting to see great improvements but it takes time and most important consistency.
