It's a normal thing to do. For instance people may notice people's eyes, the way they smile or the facial structure, I mean it's not like we look at someones feet normally. I find your comment both interesting and bizarre for you to think it is creepy, when most of us notice facial features first. As for Vanessa she had a pretty smile and it's the first things I noticed about her. Her changing the structure of her teeth ultimately affected her smile.
