I think you should really change your diet and do Intermittent Fasting. I keep a journal of what food makes me feel good after eating and what food makes me feel like crap so I can stop eating it. Keep your food simple. For example, I do IF everyday, no food for at least 16-17 hours and I stop eating around 3pm.
I eat the usual stuff almost every week. Matcha ice latte with homemade walnut milk and monkfruit sugar, boiled pork with greens and Hmong pepper dip. I eat about 2 cups of rice per week. Zucchini spaghetti, Chia seed with walnut milk, monkfruit, and diced mango. This is my diet for the week. Keep it simple, organic, and no process food! Also, not sure if you work out, but if not you should. I do 5 mile walk 3-4 times and week and lift weights. Diet and exercise is very important.
