  • What is Evolutionary Astrology? It's a unique way of exploring the zodiac. At it's root, it uses the model of reincarnation. It is an uplifting method developed by master astrologer Steven Forrest. It gives key insights into our journey, and creates deep self awareness so that we may evolve and expand our consciousness!

    Thank you. I have read all of the books you refer to and they, amongst many others, have indeed shaped my outlook in this life. To share one of my darkest experiences, my son died 11 years ago at the age of 19. He was a fabulous young man. If I didn’t realise that his visit’ and departure from this planet was one of free will and karmic learning, I would not be the strong, determined and spirituality assured woman I am today. I knew deep within my soul that we had entered into this mother/son contract long before we both arrived and that my losing him was also part of the agreement. I look forward to my reading from you which is due to arrive shortly. And, I will take great comfort in the information it brings. Once again, thank you for all you do.🙏🏻

    I have been using Astrology to understand myself better and i must say it has helped me clarify some blind spots! As a pluto in first house person there aren't many blind spots, it's a gift, but i still managed to find some in my natal chart! It really is a powerful tool. I don't know why or how it works but it does.

An inside story” by Sadhguru when you shared that guy’s near death experience. NO COINCIDENCE. Last night a grasshopper hitched a ride on my car screen. When home, a dragonfly refused to leave the house despite opened windows. It even sat my right hand. Finally, I managed to release it in the garden. All signs I am sure.

My only reference to ancestry and past lives has been through the IC of the chart, perhaps the 4th house depending on what is in there, the south moons node, and perhaps a look at what role the moon might play with that. Maybe how that plays with the twelfth house. Lol, a rather intuitive approach. I would be interested in a more researched approach. I would take Myers Briggs with a pinch of salt as personally i did the test a few years ago and i'm now a different profile. If you are doing a lot of work on yourself you might find you change considerably. It's not set in stone more like a snapshot of time I would say.

    • @BryanColterAstrology
      @BryanColterAstrology  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you are right it does change some as we age, but I don't think it really radically shifts. There's definitely something to it because I can guess someone's personality type to a high degree of accuracy after only getting to know them for a little bit.

    I appreciate the video and the work of Steven Forrest a lot. But the Evolutionary Astrology method was created by Jeff Wolf Green not by Steven.

    • @BryanColterAstrology
      @BryanColterAstrology  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Rose, thanks! Both Steve and Jeff created their own versions of evolutionary astrology independently from each other and at the same time. Once they realized they both had an astrology school with the same name, they came together to discuss each of their versions and ended up writing books together. They decided that although they had different approaches to reading the karma of charts, the essence and philosophy at the foundation of their modalities was pretty much the same.

    Bryan, have you ever thought that what we call our "past lives" aren't exactly our past lives? Of course, there is *seeming* evidence that we have past lives. But what if these so called evidences were no evidences at all?
    Have you ever thought of the possibility that we are more than this one individual we think of ourselves to be? That is to say, what if we were many more of our own self? What if there were other souls that share our individual essence? What if our other selves or counterparts were also having their own individual experiences in different realms while we are presently experience here in 2020?
    What if there were alternate Earths - just like this one - but within different frequency rates? And, let us assume that within each of these alternate Earths people experience their lives just as we think of our past and our probable future. Some past life regression therapists _(e.g., Mira Kelly)_ have had their clients "tapping" into their' "future" lives/selves. In fact, others have done so but they dismiss such experiences because of their beliefs.
    So, what if these other lives from our counterparts are occurring simultaneously within these different timeframes? And, because many of us in those other timeframes are of a same Essence _(our self in our totality),_ thus it makes that we're interconnected with each other _(our counterparts)_ and are thus able to tap into each other's experiences while awake or in our dream state - but we go thinking that we're accessing our past lives?
    What if linear time as we experience it and believe it to be isn't exactly what it is? What if we don't experience our lives in a linear manner; such as the concept of evolution tells us that we move from one life to another, one life at a time _(reincarnation)._ What if all our lives - past, present, future - were simultaneous, each occurring at the same time within different timeframes _(alternate Earth realities)?_
    What if the different experiences from each counterpart occurring within the different timeframes were contributing to the overall experience of our Essence? Wouldn't that mean that once we're done here with our life, we are done with life here on Earth - thus there would be no need to come back/reincarnate? If that is so, what about Karma? Could it be that it is nothing more than part of a religious belief system?
    Thus, the children who remember their past lives are doing nothing more than tapping into the lives of their counterparts. Now, it's important to understand that the soul itself is made up of many aspects of itself. In fact, during our life time on this planet, we are exchanging position with the many different aspects of our self but we don't realize it. What is referred to as *walkin* is such a thing, for example. Actually many of those who feel they're not from here _(starseeds),_ or that they came from another system or reality, are nothing more than fragments of their themself who inhabit these other realities. They retain the same cellular memory as the one they fragment from. *This is exactly what is happening to those children who are born with scars* from their so called past lives. They are fragments of themself within another existence. Thus they may remember people, locations and even objects from their other existence as their other self. Did you know _(anyone reading this)_ that we can also have other lives right here right now living with us on this planet? Ask Mira Kelly. She has a video on that. I happen to know two of my present focuses who live in different countries.
    *So, what happens after we die if we don't come back?* We continue by generating new experiences within different systems either in physical or non-physical realities. What about those who remember themselves choosing their new parents, their new lives, etc? Most people who pass away, or have NDEs, or go under hypnoses are still experiencing with their _(limiting)_ human belief systems. They will describe everything they experience in line with their human held belief systems.
    Btw, before, upon or after our death, many of us will have an alternate self who may choose to become their own Essence and thus fragment from us and have their own Earth experiences. The TH-cam channel, "13X60" has some videos on these things.
    Evolution? What if i tell you that it is perception we humans experience? :) What if i tell you that there are no steps _(evolution)_ no such thing in Consciousness, for those are human ideas, human concepts. I could go even further to say that universal *"laws"* are man made ideas. There are conditions that we, in consciousness, chose to experience from, however. :) There is much more than most of us presently do not know and understand. We're getting there, however, for the time is here. :)

    I understand what you are saying but have to wonder if what you are speaking about is the privilege of First World navel gazing and pontificating.
    The majority of our global citizens live in abhorrent, challenging circumstances ( no need here to list them, we all know what they are)… if the process of ‘enlightenment’ includes choosing to come back in circumstances that provide further life lessons, who really chooses to come back as a child who is trafficked? A woman scrabbling survival off the streets in a Third World country? A boy child fighting a war he doesn’t even understand.
    Not my intention to offend… I really would be interested in your thoughts on this question. Peace.

    • @BryanColterAstrology
      @BryanColterAstrology  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the great question Marika. I think that's one of the best questions. Keep in mind, that whenever someone tries to describe "God" or God consciousness" or "enlightenment" it turns from God to fantasy, because we can't possibly know the Truth - although it is great to talk/think about!
      My opinion is that we all experience varying degrees of pain and suffering here on Earth. From the First World experience level of suffering, as you put it, all the way to the most abhorrent. We are in the realm of duality, so we find polarity everywhere. In part, these gradations of suffering are influenced by the law of cause and effect. Every action, thought, emotion, and intention, whether motivated by ego or love, has a corresponding negative or positive consequence, and that spans over many lifetimes. For example, if I kill someone in a past life, there will be a balancing and I will pay for it later because its fundamental law. That is only one, albeit a big factor, but only one contributor to someone's experiences in the current life.
      Another big factor is the free will of the soul before incarnating. We elect, as souls, to have certain types of experiences in the upcoming lifetime, because we are trying to learn something in particular. I believe we are all here ultimately to learn, and I also believe that we can often grow the most through difficult experiences - wisdom gained and great suffering are often a paired set. If a soul elects for a particularly difficult environment to be born into, then that might be because of these two reasons: a choice of working off negative karma, and/or, that the soul is highly motivated to skip a grade in school, so to speak.
      Another big factor is the level of collective consciousness at any given moment in history. If we as soul incarnates are collectively coming more from fear, anger, pride etc, that too will generate more suffering amongst the collective. Cause and effect again.
      That being said, again, it's dubious for me to try to describe the Ineffable, but that was my best go at it. I'm sure there are other reasons that I can't even comprehend. My thoughts stem from the idea that we exist in a meaningful and interconnected universe, and its created by something. I think everything happens for reasons, and although I don't know all the reasons, I prefer that idea instead of a randomly generated experience. I think that the counter argument could be that we live in a meaningless and random universe, which is to say that the degree of suffering one endures is completely random and effectively gambling at Vegas - and that's a belief I will not accept.

    • @marikalathem813
      @marikalathem813 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BryanColterAstrology thank you for your thoughtful response… do you have a more fulsome video on this…or can you recommend one?
      Not to get into a lengthy philosophical discussion in the comment section on utube… but just curious about your last statement. What prevents you from accepting the belief that where people land in new life, maybe simply random? Some researchers indicate that the ‘luck’ factor is a significant determinant in terms of ‘success’.. hard work, intellect, opportunity factors greatly into the achievement of success but sometimes just being in the right place at the right time, has a huge impact. Maybe it is the same with new lives…or conversely is being in the right place at the right time what we refer to as kharma? Thanks again.🙏
