What an awesome surprise! I owe you huge thanks, for bringing back some happier, relaxing memories, and inspiration to create my own 35mm reel. I've picked up many of the ads featured here that are part of my era (1987 - 2003), over the past 4 years. Looking back, I must have watched your original upload of these 2 huge vids, over 200 times, no joke! Thanks so much again, for sharing. :)
Old british ads look very red. The reason why is Biocolor, a Red & Green film grade to make color film cheaper & as a result, select low budget color films or early color tv shows made in the UK looked hyper red as seen in some of the ads shown here!
Had been meaning to buy the source DVDs of the compilations I reposted from PIFMan's suspended channel back in 2013, because I was unsatisfied with the quality and resolution of the uploads. Bought them at last, and it turns out there was an extra 25 minutes of cinema, TV and American ads on the second DVD never before seen on the internet, rendering this purchase all the more rewarding.
It's a different world entirely. Beautiful.

It helps!
The Lyons Maid Pass it along advert was from 1975 and the Lyons Hot Snacks range advert was from 1974.
That Monster Munch Stretch commercial was actually from 1999.
Hey Crusader! Have you any nuts? (Used to laugh at this double entendre when we were kids!)

That Ford Fiesta advert was from 1989, not 1987.
reupload?
