This was one of their best ever episodes so that isn't a big surprise but tbh they've been on a great run of Dynamites for quite a while either side of this show.
This was a real moment, because he really didn't know if he was going to come back, it shows how much he love to wrestle and how much he loves his fans, I'm so glad the gets the recognition that he deserve
This has just made me an even bigger fan of Adam Cole I can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store for him. Maybe a Trios run with the Kingdom like I’ve been wishing for for months. And of course the Omega vs Cole match is going to easily be one of the matches of the year

This was absolutely the right call on their part to establish Cole as a babyface with this promo given how over he's always been and how the fans genuinely missed him as he said himself. Now they have a chance to push him up the card and be the main event guy that he is rather than shove him into the background, but I'm optimistic and we'll see what happens

But physically? He's very average and plain looking. Hangman Page is bigger than Cole. Even Kris Statlander is bigger than Cole. Especially since we now know that Cole is like the sweetest, nicest dude ever in real life. You book Cole like an underdog babyface and you could make tons of money. Even his entrance alone screams total babyface vibes.
There's something about Adam that reminds me so.much of Edge. From the way they work as heels, awesome songs, promo work, and i felt similar seeing him return as i did with Edge. Man im so happy you're okay Adam.

I didn't care about him before but with this promo, even I teared up because I'm going through so much in my life right now and seeing him back after going through all of that he mentioned, it gave me hope for myself. I'm glad that, at least for tonight, they just let him cut essentially a face promo. There's pretty much no way he was going to get booed returning after his injuries, and it's way better to lean into that and let him really speak his heart while also building that fan connection. If they do decide to have him go back to being a heel (either right away or down the road) that connection being built will help make that turn back to heel feel more like a betrayal than if he returned and tried to fight against the current. Personally I hope they keep him as a tweener/face, as I feel like he has far more interesting matchups going that route. Plus I personally think that, as much as he is good at doing the things expected of a heel, he also quite often doesn't feel like the fans treat him like a heel, no matter how hard they try to make him the bad guy. As long as they don't try to make him a white meat babyface or strip him of any of the things that fans have always been behind while he was a heel - which AEW seem to have a pretty good track record of not doing - he could easily slot in as a top face for the company. Could even let Mox finally take that vacation he was supposed to get after his match with Hangman, and let Cole pick up some of that slack.

When people say "Trolls wouldn't be so bold in real life" that just isn't true. There are people who are just the right amount of bold and stupid to do what they do online in real life.
Like however you feel about Adam Cole the wrestler, this was the guy who plays him on TV telling us about his real struggles, thats the part where you stop doing the sports entertainment stuff and just listen to the man, and understand him.

It's great to see Budge(Adam Cole) back in AEW and I think some of his most memorable moments is from The BTE Vlogs when he interacted with The Dark Order's Recruitment Specialists(Jon Silver and Alex Reynolds) and would be very interesting to see them try and recruit him over to The Dark Order since they're short on manpower but only for him to them down

I haven’t watched AEW for like 5 months and just so happened to tune in last night to see what I’ve been missing. And I definitely picked the right night! Have always been a huge fan of Adam Cole and I’m glad I got to see his return live and it wasn’t spoiled for me ahead of time like most returns are now a days
