I suggest you talk about your goat(Messi) and how he should be doing better at Copa America or not starting, just like how you are talking about Ronaldo in this video. In case anyone hasn’t watched Messi’s performance vs Ecuador, he was walking most of the game which held Argentina from being more fluid on the ball during the game and missed a penalty in the shootout.
messi does more than scoring goals for argentina unlike ronaldo. he has created 7 big chances in 4 games meanwhile ronaldo has taken 23 shots (most in euros and still didnt manage to score), missed 5 big chances and a penalty. i think its pretty clear which player is helping his team reach higher levels and which player is reducing his team's level. respectfully, cr7 has to retire from international football. just think about it, he hasnt been performing well at all (statistically one of the worst euro 2024 performances) and im 100% sure that you ( and all football fans) would not want ronaldo to get humiliated even more. just like casemiro, he has to leave the football before the football leaves him and anyone with eyes can clearly see that the football has started to leave him.
If you think Messi is still the reason for Argentinas success in this Copa America then you must be blind. Lisandro Martinez and their goalkeeper are the real reasons why they are still in the Copa America after Ecuador game. If Messi made more chances to score then why did Argentina not get more goals vs Ecuador. Also, Ronaldo’s game is leaving him but he still can score goals but Messi’s game has left him because he walks a lot more which you can’t do as a playmaker and he only made chances to score from set pieces.
@@RajPatel-dm1cx watch the game, and not just the stats and highlights (i cant blame you for not doing a hatewatch at 5:30 am). i never said that messi is the sole reason for argentinas success in this copa, saying that is stupid but you have to realize the importance of a playmaker who consistently creates big chances for his team. its not messis fault that his teammates cant finish the chances he creates. also, messi has been walking a lot in his games recently because he just came back from his injuries and its perfectly fine for a playmaker to walk because it allows him to scan the pitch and position himself better. and if you are talking about set pieces, atleast messi creates chances for his team unlike ronaldo, who tries to shoot from literally anywhere.

Yeah, you’re right I haven’t watched the match but I heard from pundits about the match and how Messi’s performance in it was worse than previous matches. Also, since he’s a playmaker, he needs to run but doesn’t do much of that plus his teammates aren’t able to cover for his lack of running. This was found out in the match vs Ecuador. And like I said Messi only really created chances through set pieces so can’t say he did much in the match.
