Yo. Ian.... My Dream Boat! Oh my goodness! You probably sold this with-in hours of this post. But... The Staysail boom is one of the very most unique features of this boat for "single handing". As you would say.... "Highly Desirable." These are "around" here in the Northeast but kind of rare for California? Not sure. Thanks again for your posts ... The "consistency" of your "tours" allows me to justify my "dreaming." All good. Thanks again and again and again !

Nice boat but it's not a $115K boat. Maybe its west coat location increases its price. This boat would not sell for over $90K in Florida. Had one in Texas in same condition that sat unsold for years at $85K it was just missing a windlass.
