I think I understand with the girl was saying that left that comment, it's like when I see skinny petite girls doing a "what I eat in a day 2500 calories" or even when they don't say how many calories they eat in a day but it looks like they eat lots of food huge portions and I'm like how are you so tiny and you can eat all that food and be so petite?? Not only do I wish I could eat more food without gaining body fat but I also wish I could eat wheat foods like wheat flour shredded wheat cereal Chex cereal and eat more beans, unfortunately because of my osteoporosis caused by my eating disorder I've been told I'm not supposed to eat beans and wheat because they're detrimental to bones , I'm supposed to eat a high-fat low carb high protein diet to heal my bones but I Don't want to eat a high-fat low carb diet!! I already eat high protein but I don't want to lower my carbs just so I can squeeze in more fat! It's like we see people on social media doing things eating things we wish we could eat without consequences ☹️ I think that's what she meant
Look into other opinions on osteoporosis diet -If you want to eat plant based foods I know dr Mcdougall talks about osteoporosis and might give you another opinion -
@@enough425 I've seen dr. McDougall talk about osteoporosis but I just don't think it would be enough , I'm just not convinced that eating potatoes and plants is enough to help strengthen the bones and create bone density I was vegetarian since age 11 out to around age 38 because bones need other vitamins and nutrients that are not always in plants
@@daysoftheboo it’s so confusing and frustrating to have all these different opinions -we are all just wanting to be healthy and trying to learn and all these different experts saying they’re right …ugh

@@daysoftheboo Hearing your story, I feel so much sympathy for you. It is so incredibly frustrating to hear so many mixed messages from so many different self-proclaimed 'experts.' Are you personally working with your primary doctor or a registered dietician to address your osteoporosis? Or are you just listening to doctors on the internet? As someone who is also frustrated by all of the confusion and contradictory rules online surrounding food, I know it's difficult to pull away from it, but the best thing you can do for starters is to turn off the 'diet doctors' online. It is always a red flag for me when a doctor tells his/her audience that they should restrict entire foods and/or macronutrients: Plant-based doctors, keto doctors, Whole30 doctors, Paleo/Primal doctors -- stay away from them. Unless you are working with a dietician who is specialised in addressing eating disorders, and his/her recommendation is that you need to restrict these foods even knowing that you have a history of detrimental restriction, I would be super _super_ careful.
I guess when we see this we assume you are eating the whole huge plate. Maybe you're just having a few bites along with other things on your plate, but seeing it makes us think that you are always enjoying high calories foods like big huge burgers and a site of cheese fries with a dessert of a big waffle cone
Very rare that I don't finish my plate actually. I mean if I am full I'll stop then but if I get a burger I eat the whole thing. If I get ice cream I eat the whole thing. I am not a small bite type of person. When I eat I like to EAT.
Amazing as always Chlo! Thank you for another great video 🙂💕
