@@alexwayne3138 Sylar would have *DESTROYED* Peter and made Claire clean up the mess. By the end of the series he was basically a demigod and had he stolen the puppet masters powers he would have been unstoppable.

For real! We got a brief glimpse. And then later on they ruined the show by letting Peter only hold 1 power at a time. Damn shame and waste of a masterpiece!

Sylar was a good villain for a while, but it just got old. I guess you could say they were pushing the redemption arc the last 2 seasons. I didn't like the idea that his power to understand caused him to be psychotic. They did this in Season 3 I think it was and it was just dumb. I liked the idea of him actually thinking he was more special and anyone else that had powers didn't deserve them. I felt it made him more evil that way.
The writers should have bought in a third character that had both peter, his father and sylar's abilities; who had a better handle and understanding on his powers but was traveling the country copying others abilities that were good and stealing/stripping powers from those who were bad that were misusing them to harm others, making him an orphan x/ the equalizer/ the beekeeper/the man with no name/ the mentalist type of character that would help Peter petrelli become a fellow badass like him and together face off with the likes of sylar and others like them, If they had taken the time to think creatively like that i'm pretty sure the series would have lasted a lot longer that It did! 💯🔥😁😉👍

Peter was a disappointment.
Sylar was such a great nemesis. This show had such potential!
This show made me happy waiting for more new episodes. I was at the prime of my when this came out.

Season 1 had a lot of episodes
That was the old standard... we got so spoiled back then, when seasons today often only have 8 episodes. :-/
