Amazing how I can clearly hear Ravi Shankar's signature style reflected in his writing, even when the flute plays I can hear his fingers strumming the sitar :) In fact, not just his writing, but the flautists playing brilliantly evoked the Raga props to all performers and Ravi Shankar :)
It's beautiful and well-performed music - although i would caution you about the wording in your description. Raag Todi goes back a long ways past Pandit Ravi Shankarji, he performed it and composed melodies to it, but he's not the author of it. Some people might misread.
