Hey Akhil. You get slight improvement in performance. But gaming experience doesn't completely rely on RAM. It's mostly about GPU and CPU.

I would suggest you to go for Vivo just because it comes with Qualcomm processor. There won't be any compatibility issues as far as any heavy apps or gaming is concerned.
