Even as you fight with other characters the others will still gain decibels, via proccing disorder, anomalies, perfect parries, etc. Also at the start of the fight all characters begin with 1000 decibels and after ult back to 0. A lot of people don't seem to understand it, makes sense, but this is a GREAT addition to the game and gameplay overall.
Also, note that stunners and anomaly units have become better with this. Stunners would have many daze options and anomaly units can use ults when they have no energy to spare, meaning more chances to proc them.
honestly one thing looking forward to despite being such a small thing is roaming the city with all of the other agents you've obtained. feels like a neat little thing to have. Overall this next update is looking seriously great.
It's good that they're giving us the option to switch from free roam to TV mode. TV mode makes me feel like the hacker man in the chair. While the free roam gives me Eos's perspective. I think TV mode isn't that bad if done correctly. Chapter 3 made it very enjoyable. However, I think Shiyu Defense ruined it for me.
For me it’s the opposite.I really hate combat in this game cause I want to be casual and not think much.But they keep adding insanely hard combat events making it impossible for me to get any polychromes.I only got 30 pulls from this version cause I literally can’t clear the combat events.So it sucks
They're not giving you the option. You HAVE to complete the mission first in Eous mode, then you can go back and replay them in TV mode. And from chapter 4 onwards there's just no TV mode at all

yea plus personally it provides more incentive to build the ults of other characters that usually don't hog it.
