@@Void-2004 Well they wasn’t dominant at this point. This was the year before Jose rocked up & they started winning. I’ve always just said Arsenal have low football IQ. Any team with a bit of ‘know how’ will do them in big European games.
There was some very good teams during that era. You had Real Madrid AC Milan, Inter, Milan, Juventus, Manchester United, Barcelona just to name a few very very top world-class players. It’s not like now where there’s not too many Class teams like they were in that 2000s era, so many top teams that Arsenal still had to compete with it was not easy at all.

Absolutely mind blowing that we didn’t win the UCL.
I think arsenal underestimated that Chelsea team it was never going to be a cruise even with the quality arsenal had in there team.
Wasn’t to me. Never been a force in Europe.
