      The notches cut in the ratches controll the tapper for the shingles

      @Clay Jairo thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now.
      Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

    Hell naw, I would never come near that thing. I imagine myself looking for a splitsecond away or waving my hand a bit and it would cap my fingers, no sir!

    That first saws sketchy as hell.. I'd not want to work with it & I run a big circular saw a lot. Mine keeps your hands a long way from the blade & the blades guarded everywhere. My Old Lad got all his right hand fingers lopped off - one split second error. I prefer if you make an error, nothing permanent happens. That saw breaks the rule for me. It's sketchy. The second ones no better. It's just plain bad design - nothing more, nothing less.

      What is especially bad about it is two people working on it at the same time.
      I've seen people get their hands clamped to a log, run through a belt/pulley, face smashed by a pneumatic ram etc, just because of a slight miscommunication in an extremely loud environment. i always prefer single operator.
