I genuinely don’t think that God cares or is listening to me. I don’t like waking up like this or feeling like it but for every effort I put in to do something positive to come with obstacles. For every thing I do, even minor ones, to move my life forward and nothing is working out. I can’t anymore. I just can’t. This ain’t even half worth it anymore.

You're not alone. Maybe what God is doing is leading you in a different direction. You were made for His purpose and sometimes that feeling is Him nudging you to change you trajectory and head down a new path. I have a video about this, "No is an Answer" is the title. Check it out. He may be answering, it might just be no because He has something different for you.
