LOVE her work! Just discovered her and taking her course on Domestika. She gets you so excited to paint! I live in Chicago and it is a joy to see how she interprets what I shamefully take for granted.
Just visited Maru's website, after she was featured, with 5 others, in an Urban Sketchers 2021 video. Maru's work was the most striking and interesting for me. What a unique style, and amazing talent. Such vibrant colours choices. I must try Gouache. Inspiring :)
I'm taking her course on Domestika...not only is she a fabulous artist and urban sketcher but she's also a wonderful teacher...I learnt so much in her class....her style and expression is so free and child like

I love her simplicity and humility, she has a great gift for teaching and her joyful style makes those of us who contemplate her work happy.
