I got my power trip and I LOVE THIS BRAND. Super good formula, smells like coconut, and not super drying like other formulas. The transfer is nonexistent for my lips personally and for how long I wear it. Thank you, thank you, thank you for introducing this amazing brand to me.
I have the shade low key from them it's definitely in my top 3 favorite liquid lipsticks I agree though I wish they'd come out with brighter colors. I asked the owner and she said that they are working on more bold colors and some will be released in the next month of so. So fingers crossed they drop some spring colors that are bold.

I think it's almost impossible for any liquid lipsticks to really stay on perfect for hours and hours with the exception of a couple of brands but still even those don't wear perfect for long amounts of time. Anyway love your videos and your honesty
+N Nikki I agree. But since I review every brand I can get my hands on, there has to be a standard of measure, so I put them all through the same 8 hour test to see wear & comfort. I have some that look perfect for 20 minutes, then look terrible & are dry, I have some that wear, but wear away evenly, others are a patchy mess. Thanks for watching!
Normally you drink during these reviews with a straw, could you state if any of the liquid lipsticks transfer onto the straw? It's a huge pet peeve of mine to see my lipstick stain on a strawm so it would be helpful for me. Great review!

From what I remember seeing on the box, I think they may have been made in China. There are Chinese characters with 2 dates listed next to them that look like manufacture and expiration dates. If so, I think they are good for about 2 years (I believe mine had one date as 1/2016 and the other as 1/2018).
+Ana Davila yes they are already out. They are metallic and super cute colors but they seem more like a gloss as opposed to a lipstick to me. There is a metallic orange/peach colored one that is REALLY pretty!

So you have not yet tried the new ColourPop Ultra Satins from what I saw? Will you be trying them because I'm curious where they'd stack up against your collection/ranking :) I'm stuck waiting for some of the ultra satins to come back in stock because I did NOT like the Ultra Mattes (newer formula) at all. Suuper drying on me. I only picked up one Ultra Satin & they are my absolute favorite liquid/matte-ish lipstick I've found anywhere. If Dose is better than the Ultra Satins according to you, I may give them a shot before ordering more Colourpop. Thanks, girl!
According to how she ranks her liquid lipsticks I don't think the ultra satin would be better than dose (although I agree the ultra satin are BOMB). But the ultra satin wouldn't pass the kiss test and I've seen her rank other liquid lipsticks slightly lower than dose although she loves the formula for not passing the kiss test
Tara Cotton Ah thanks so much for this response! So well-informed :) Makes sense though. I guess I need to check out the DOSE formula because I have yet to find a 'liquid lipstick' that I don't hate. The closest I've gotten is the Ultra Satins, but they definitely smudge around a bit.
Oh really? Ugh. So tiresome finding a non-drying liquid lipstick I guess. I didn't like the Stila formula (I have a deluxe sample from Birchbox in a reddish orange shade... forget the name). Maybe I just don't love that color, lol. What do you think of the Jeffree Star ones? Have you tried?
I have only tried 3 of the jeffree stars and I love them. I have androgyny, Gemini and rich blood. They are super comfortable. Maybe it's the colour for the stila or maybe it's the sample size because I find them pretty comfortable. As I said you really should check out lonely planet if you want a non drying liquid lipstick. I wore mine for 8 hours and it's like wearing air...so comfortable. But all liquid lipsticks get drying after a couple of hours...I can wear concrete on my lips and feel comfortable.
you're the only TH-camr who talks about beauty products that I actually trust. The one problem is, I found this lipstick in lowkey extremely drying and pretty awful to work with. im debating between caked or makeup monsters. which is more comfortable and less drying? price wise differ a lot though coz i live in indonesia. here they sell caked @ about $14 while monsters is about $25 . which is more worth it?

+Ana Davila yes they are already out. They are metallic and super cute colors but they seem more like a gloss as opposed to a lipstick to me. There is a metallic orange/peach colored one that is REALLY pretty!

I'm curious how the liquid lipsticks would transfer shortly after applying them. Maybe after your reapplication dries down do another kiss test to see how it transfers.

So you have not yet tried the new ColourPop Ultra Satins from what I saw? Will you be trying them because I'm curious where they'd stack up against your collection/ranking :) I'm stuck waiting for some of the ultra satins to come back in stock because I did NOT like the Ultra Mattes (newer formula) at all. Suuper drying on me. I only picked up one Ultra Satin & they are my absolute favorite liquid/matte-ish lipstick I've found anywhere. If Dose is better than the Ultra Satins according to you, I may give them a shot before ordering more Colourpop. Thanks, girl!
According to how she ranks her liquid lipsticks I don't think the ultra satin would be better than dose (although I agree the ultra satin are BOMB). But the ultra satin wouldn't pass the kiss test and I've seen her rank other liquid lipsticks slightly lower than dose although she loves the formula for not passing the kiss test
Tara Cotton Ah thanks so much for this response! So well-informed :) Makes sense though. I guess I need to check out the DOSE formula because I have yet to find a 'liquid lipstick' that I don't hate. The closest I've gotten is the Ultra Satins, but they definitely smudge around a bit.
The dose formula is pretty nice. I personally find it a bit drying but really long lasting. I love the lonely planet formula and the stila formula.
Oh really? Ugh. So tiresome finding a non-drying liquid lipstick I guess. I didn't like the Stila formula (I have a deluxe sample from Birchbox in a reddish orange shade... forget the name). Maybe I just don't love that color, lol. What do you think of the Jeffree Star ones? Have you tried?
I have only tried 3 of the jeffree stars and I love them. I have androgyny, Gemini and rich blood. They are super comfortable. Maybe it's the colour for the stila or maybe it's the sample size because I find them pretty comfortable. As I said you really should check out lonely planet if you want a non drying liquid lipstick. I wore mine for 8 hours and it's like wearing air...so comfortable. But all liquid lipsticks get drying after a couple of hours...I can wear concrete on my lips and feel comfortable.

you're the only TH-camr who talks about beauty products that I actually trust. The one problem is, I found this lipstick in lowkey extremely drying and pretty awful to work with. Did you buy any more and get different results? Do you have any tips on how to work with this to make it less god awful to wear?

Hello! So I went to their website and the colour Sweet Tooth is showcased as a bright pink, but here it looked more like a red. Did they change the colour, or am I missing something…?

Do you think maybe it transferred because of the oiliness around your lips? The outer portion of your lips were the only part that did transfer, just a thought. Love your vids!!!❤️
im debating between caked or makeup monsters. which is more comfortable and less drying? price wise differ a lot though coz i live in indonesia. here they sell caked @ about $14 while monsters is about $25 . which is more worth it?
