Great video on Kab! Fished those humps with jigs and minnows in the fall. "Don't fish spots, Fish for fish" - great advice! Wondering if you saw any evidence of barotrauma fishing in that 30+ range with the walleyes?
The thirty foot zone seemed right on the edge and we did see barotrauma with the smaller fish if we reeled them up fast. Personally don’t like to fish past thirty feet for that reason.
Every year my father and I stat on the Ash River Trail at one of the resorts, and can go out to Wolf Island at night, and just slay them. Northerns in the shallow bays during the daytime and a limit of walley behind the islands. Love it up there.
Wow, beautiful walleye
Such great fish
A line I’ve been going with for along time is “Mark Fish, Catch Fish” gotta always trust your electronics. 👍
Great video Jason !

why the mono when fishing like u guys are? don't u want the braid for feeling bottom, less blowback, etc? or is it shallow enough its not necessary?
Any chance you know where I can get a jm1062mc? I've been on the hunt for a while and would really like to replace a broken one.
