The Devs seriously should of called it Czechogermanoslovakia not the south german confederation because le Czechs formed it.
They also should of gave it a flag that is a bit of a mix of the German Empire flag and the Czechs flag for it as well oh right and a Slovakian symbol on the little triangle area of the flag.
The thing is that you first form Austria-Hungary. So that hole czechoslovakia thing is kind of lost.

@kristibbs-lg9gy try out the Ottoman Empire in Empire mod. It's a 17th century mod. It doesn't have a lot of content, but you can form the Mongol Wmpire by taking the focus, taking over Ruasia basically and then doing a decision
