In real estate price correction will not happen time correction happens that means if you buy 1 crore worth real estate that property doesn't come down time correction means that 1 crore doesn't move next 4 to 5 years

10k a month for 20 years, will give you 2.5 crore at 12% ROI, and same amount for 30 years, will give you 10 crore, so the curve is exponential, you will start seeing results after 20 years of investing, by the way inflation doubles every 15 years at 5% inflation rate pa, so after 30 years, 10 crore after 30 years will feel like 2.5 crore now. The point about Real Estate is totally wrong. In Bandra West in Mumbai a 2 BHK Flat used to cost Rs. 60 Lakhs in 2004 . In 2022 the cost became Rs.5 Crores for the same Flat. In Chandivali Powai I bought a Flat for Rs. 1.13 crore in 2014. today the same flat can be sold for Rs. 2.85 crores. The figures by you are totally erroneous and completely misleading meant to motivate people to invest in Stock market so that Mr. saurabh Mukherjee's business grows. This is cheap way to make money.
