Hey, Mike. Super glad you're back. I actually quit this channel after what they did to you and Tristan. I'm glad they found some way to work it out with you guys again. I happen to have an idea for a list if you'd like. 25 Creepiest RitualaPastas
When I was pregnant I was participating in a psychic and healing fair as a healer. One of the psychics there told me that my baby was a girl and I might call her mother too. Fast forward almost 3 years and my best friend who was also my daughter's nanny while I worked was with me at a peddler mall. I was selling some baby toys my daughter had out grown so her nanny was keeping her busy so she wouldn't see. As I was finishing with the toy vendor she came running over to me carrying one of those scrolled names cut out of wood. She told me my daughter who was 2½ picked it up nonchalantly and said "oh, that used to be my name". Her startled nanny grabbed it and ran over to me to tell me. She handed me the name. It was 'Yvonne' and the name was very fancy so the Y actually looked like an A. My mother's given name she never went by was 'Avonne'.
The poem about Lizzy Borden is what my friends and I use to sing on the school playground when we played jump rope. We were kids and we didn't understand that it was a real event. Great as always. Thank you.
There are two particular stories I remember. One may have been sleep paralysis, but when I was young (less than 5 I think) I remember being afraid of going g to sleep. I think I wanted my Mom. All of a sudden a figure that looked like my Mom appeared at the foot of the bed and said "Go to her." I didn't comply and just froze in the covers. The second instance happened when I was working/volunteering at the SPCA. Normally the dogs that I walk are eager to go outside. One night this dog started enthusiastically walking but then stopped in the middle of the door which hit him as it was closing. He then lay down. I looked randomly up into the ceiling space and said "goodbye grandma." I found out later on that my grandmother had died that night. My sister who wasn't in the same country said she was sorry she wasn't there when grandma passed. She said that night all the toys had gone off in he nursery. A third story isn't quite ghost story but still creepy. I had a dream that unsettled me. Two of the images in it were a spiral staircase and my Mom in a wedding dress with her hair all wirey and she had a sad look on her face. I woke up and fortunately my immediate family was OK. Two weeks later I find out that my cousin had passed away, the same day I had the dream. At the funeral I needed to go to the washroom, and on the way to the washroom downstairs I went down the same spiral staircase.
Correct sir, it was indeed Henry the 8th! Today Hampton Court is host to one of the largest collections a Renaissance clothing, armor and weaponry, amd It Is not unusual on any given day to see many people in such items, maybe even closing the door to stop a draft, or locking up at the end of a day! if you really want to be scared there going buy a cream tea ....the prices are shocking!
I have a scary kids story. One day a girl was talking to her little brother and he described how he had been a farmer. He had ten kids and named them all. He had a dog only he could get near and had a spiked collar made of nails. The boy was only three when he told the story but, knew how many ten was and the name were ones someone would use in the pioneer days. The real twist was the girl was my sister and I was the boy. I was told years later and have no memory of it.
That story of the lady who got a phone call from her dead mother reminds me of the time I got a voice-mail from my mom's phone one week after she died. I was always skeptical of the idea of ghost messages, but when I received one myself, I became a believer in it
Welcome back, Mike! I have an idea for a list. I think you guys did it already, but it'd be fun to see it updated or redone. Two Sentence Horror Stories. I even have one for you. I just lost my job. My wife is home waiting with the bills and she knows. 😳😳😳😳😳
The clown one really scared me, so much in fact that I had to close my eyes until that part was over. I am petrified of clowns and also of people in costumes, so I'm pretty sure that Disney world in Disneyland is a definite no go for me. Love your list keep them up.
One of BTK's murders is the Otero family. They were from my home town. Their son was spared because he was at a friend's house for the night. He was never the same.
My life ahs been blessed with many, many paranormal events. They started so early in my life that I never developed much of a fear response to them. In fact I am more wary of Humans or unpredictable animals than any ghost, spirit, vampire [yes, met a few of them in my late teens] etc. For instance, when my then new, eventual husband and I first moved in together, we lived in Summerland CA, a southern suburb of Santa Barbara CA. Our roommates were normally unafraid of spirits, having had their own experiences, but then we realized something was in the house with us... a man who we would not call Slenderman, minus the tentacles. This was in 1991 however, long before Slenderman was thought up. He would duck down to get through the bedroom doors and walk around radiating a displeased aura. Only my room with my boyfriend was safe, since I had sealed it as those in the know do. We eventually made him leave, long story. When I was about 6-7, cant quite remember, I had a Bigfoot Encounter, along with two boys my age. They were terrified and forced me to run away with them; being me I wanted to creep closer and make friends with him! My Father In Law had some truly amazing stories about hauntings he had experienced, tho he remained doubtful about them and refused to show fear, if he felt fear, about them. What was scary about his telling me was that he had never, ever spoken of them to his own family for up to 20 years, but sat with me to explain AND ask questions of me about what he had seen or heard etc. The whole family sat just out of sight, amazed yet terrified, as if these hauntings would come to their home after he spoke of them. Paranormal activity is a real phenomena that is simply not detectable easily with the sort of technology we currently have available. It should not be that frightening; ghosts CANNOT harm the living, unless the living allows for them to do so, or harms themselves in terror, maybe running out a 3 story window or into a wall, etc. Demonic possession is a cooperative event; the subject of possession has to allow the possession to occur or continue. Since they are always told the typical "Its a Demon, its evil, and you're just a human" nonsense, and it garners tons of attention for the possessed, well of course it can get out of hand and take years to exorcise the demon/demons possessing someone. Demons ARE real Beings, tho they are not from Hell. They assume these expected forms to 'please' those viewing them; really they are just barely material beings seeking attention, bored or too afraid to move on or perform work they were meant to do. I need to write a book... as support for those afraid of the "Corporeally Challenged" Only I have no proof, other than some eye-witnesses to some events I experienced. Whatever, maybe I can support people to release fear and take command when dealing with the paranormal, and then maybe we can learn how to show that these moments can be very real.
I'm sure there's a logical explanation for what happened, but I haven't found it yet. I was standing on a sidewalk in Reno, Nevada one summer afternoon. It was blazing hot outside at the time, probably in the high 90s. All of a sudden the temperature dropped rapidly, to the point that steam was coming out of my mouth. Some guy said, right in my ear, "Hey, baby, what you wanna do?" I whirled around ready to confront this person and found the street deserted. There was no place anyone could've fled unless he was the Flash. I would have seen and likely heard them running, but there was nothing. Needless to say, I didn't stick around to find out what was going on. This was probably one of my creepiest experiences so far.
In St Louis, the Lemp Mansion is said to be one of the most haunted places in the city. Our church group took a tour of the house and when we walked in I felt drawn to go upstairs but it was closed off for renovations. I wasn't familiar with the stories. When we went down to the lower area leading to the tunnel between the house and the brewery, I glanced to my left at a mirror and saw what looked like a woman dressed and coiffed typical of the 1800's. The odd thing was that she appeared translucent. I looked at the opposite wall thinking it was a reflection but that wall was solid color. When we left I asked if anyone noticed anything strange there and I recounted my experience. Nobody else did.
When I was four my grandfather died. A few nights later I answered a knock at our apartment door. I don’t remember who was there but my mother said that I told her grandpa was at the door. She went to see and there was no one there but she could smell his scent in the hallway
I used to work with the son of one of the first responders to the Otero house, BTK's first murder and his father was also one of the first members of the task force formed to investigate the BTK case, known as The Ghostbusters. The pastor of my local church went to seminary with the pastor of the church where Dennis Rader, aka BTK was president of the board. They had lunch together shortly after Dennis Rader was arrested. They literally had no idea he was a serial killer, nor did any of the local parishioners.
Not scary, but my then roommate (RIP) kept thinking we were seeing a cat, Silver, that had recently passed away. Then, one evening, we were watching TV when another cat of mine, Sab, crept over to the place where Silver had spent her last days and up to the spot and sniffed it. She then relaxed and left. At that point the roommate and I started talking about what we had been seeing. I finally went over with a lay exorcism and Holy Water. I told the ghost that we loved her and missed her, but she needed to go on to a better place. I then did the exorcism and we never saw her again.
The Riddler character can't be based on the Zodiac Killer as he was around years before the killings started. Riddler was created in 1948 while the Zodiac killings started in the mid 1960's.
I've only been watching your channel for about a month and have enjoyed them all. I must say I've enjoyed this one so much more. I love that you impart true facts and I've learned a lot. Thank you.
Number 18... There were 3 of those clowns arrested in my county in late 2016. As they learned, it is illegal to wield a deadly weapon, clown make-up or not, when the residents are genuinely afraid of what your intentions may or may not be. All 3 said they got the idea from a reddit post which had nothing at all to do with "Wrinkles the clown", but was more of a nonsensical "internet challenge". Similar to the soap pod eating ignorance, except for the criminal aspect that is. Unsure where the "no arrests were ever made" came from, but it is not entirely true.
That story of Wrinkles the clown sure sounds interesting. I can't wait till next year. I really hope that the crazy clown rage will return then. Because I simply loved it.
Hi Mike. I remember when you , Justin and a young woman listed haunted places in each state? It would be cool if you could do it again? Make it a two parter?
My parents moved us into a house that was full of ghosts... and crazy things. The couple my parents bought the house from were older... their car had blown up in the garage... leaving the garage with charring all over the interior of it. Never really gave it much thought... however after my parents sold the house to a young couple... I guess the house didn't like them much... as their car blew up in the garage... leveling it and melting the siding of the house next door... they sold the house and moved away not long after. I know there were some very distrubed spirits there... but I find that to be a very very odd coincidence...
Not a scary story per say, but related to the paranormal. My great grandfather was, by all means, someone who loved to laugh. He had lost part of one of his arms in a work accident, modified his prostesis to make violins and, after his death, gave us sings that everything was going to be all right, that he was watching over us. One of them was during the procession at his funerals, where the crucifix they parade in the church's alleys broke an arm, the same one at the same place my great grandfather had lost his, and eneded up upside down. That's the most notable I remember, since I was around 5 or 6 when it happened. My great grandfather was a jokester and pretty sure he's having the laught of his life right now.
I just recently found your channel and I love it!!!!! I’ve been binging for days. But, I looked it up and The Riddler was created in 1948 but the Zodiac killings were in 1968-69. So The Riddler was not based on the Zodiac. Maybe the Zodiac patterned himself after the Riddler. 😊
do moore research, the riddlers backstory was changed after the zodiac killer happened and the riddler as you know him is based on the zodiac. i researched it then to see if you were right. mike was polite and said nothing.
@@festerbolee I only checked the year. I didn’t do a deep dive into the character. I’m glad that I could allow you the joy to prove someone wrong. Have a nice day!
They know what happened at Dyatlov. A small avalanch killed the group in the middle of the night while they slept. by the time they found the people, the snow had melted and there were minimal signs from the event. There's a couple videos and articles about it if you look for it.
My bro and his buddy saw the grey lady of the lake.... She had been abused by her very wealthy father. She tried to run away, but he stopped her and het boyfriend. He killed the boyfriend and chained her up in a cave attached to the lake. When the water rose, it filled the cave. She ultimately drowned. She could be seen "walking" across the lake. Eventually, she was found. Her remains were properly laid to rest and she no longer had been seen.
#24, and if that last name sounds familiar: YES, she was a relative of Gail Borden, who had a city named after him in Colorado County, Texas, invented the process to sweeten condensed milk, designed Galveston and Houston in Texas, and was the posthumous namesake of Borden Dairy (originally called New York Condensed Milk Company), which is famous for both their dairy products and their chemical division which makes Elmer's Glue (after dairy cows can't give milk or calves anymore, they don't get put out to pasture, as with their bulls that can't be used for breeding anymore)
I didn't know we had 6nuclear missiles missing.....who has them:Lex Luthor,Dr.Sivana,Vandal Savage or Professor Killgrave.... this is incredible how did you find that out I've maybe reading way too many comics but this is wild
I am sooooo proud of you! May I be your honorary Nana? The perks are birthday greetings, never ending moral support. So glad to see you back where you belong.
The Riddler came out in the 1940s in comic books so you're wrong because of the zodiac killer didn't start killing till 1968 they may have used more characteristics later on but that's when it originally came about sry
I’ve heard from two different sources from the memories of native women ,( one in Las Vegas )that when they were children they would be taken to a government facility and experimented on. In one account there were a bunch of Asian children who were brutalized and never seen again.
In the 2970’s I hiked up Mt.Whitney with a church group. We spent the night in the Mt.Whitney summit shelter. I had taken LSD for some reason. In my dream that night two grizzled looking miner/prospector types where standing over me and then started to grab at me. I woke up screaming and the church people prayed over me to dispel the , “evil”, 49er’s spirits.
Mike Estrin, glad you guys got it back, it's been too long❤ where's Tristan?😅 hope to see more of both of you, the pandemic was pretty brutal for a lot of us
Some of the creepiest stories for me are the urban legends supposedly set in New Jersey's Pine Barrens, an area that looks blighted and soulless, with lots of ... small and twisted pine/evergreen trees. I can truthfully believe that the Jersey Devil lives there, and that young adults parking in the forests during their dates came to no good ends. creepy, creepy space, and I've never missed a chance to camp out there and go canoeing down the rivers in there with friends. Now, with that reminder of things that aren't as they should be, it's time for me to eat my evening snack/meal and sleep, perchance to dream ....
Scariest true story: a 10-year-old goes to a sleepover to celebrate her friends birthday. During the night, the child is kidnapped. She is found unalive by some railroad tracks about four months later. They do catch the kidnapper and put him on trial. While he was on trial, he confesses that yes he did kidnap her, but he was going to kidnap another person, and he accidentally took the girl instead. so a 10 year old was fatally hurt just going to sleep over and just enjoying herself because of a case of mistaken identity. And sadly I know this is true. This happened to a little girl that lived only about 5 miles away from me. She went to a different school and she was two years younger than me, but I have friends that when she went missing, helped the police search and went to her school where There was candlelight vigils…And then years later, I found out that my sister-in-law actually attended school with her and was invited to the same sleepover but she didn’t attend. And knowing what we know about the situation, if she would have attended, maybe she would’ve been the child that was kidnapped. This is a heartbreaking story and a scary one too. And it’s all sadly 100% true.
Ghost Ships are actually more common than the general public is aware of. I have looked into it at length out of curiosity, years ago when I was in the Navy. There have been reported caes since back in the early expedition period to cirrent times. Most pf the time the crew is completely missing however spme cases the ship has the skeletal remains. There isn't a one explanation fits all and ot can be anything from a private yacht, to old multisail ships to modern tanker ships. With some cases where the Ghost Ship has been lost for a century or more. Suspected reasons are usually in alignment with the type of ship. The expedition ship, that has to anchor a distance from the shores of unknown lands, getting its anchor cut or lost and floats back to see. Numerous small sized fishing boats (for fisheries not two guys" canoe) who gets lost at see during a storm. Tankers that most likely got pirated in the middle of the ocean because it most likely had containers of human trafficking and the pirates take the crew and dispose of them snd leave the tanker adrift. Basically ships are made to stay afloat until the hual rots out. We hear more sbout missing aircraft because they tend to have passengers. But the number of ships out on the waters, only a handful are commercial. Plus maritime laws are very different than the regulations of flying from country to country or overseas. The major difference is that there is an assumption that the vessel sunk because search and rescue didn't locate the ship or crew. To only years later have it spotted far off coast, nowhere near its original mapped course. Unlike land, the oceans are always moving and the area is far greater than that of available land on the planet. Also they can get lodged somewhere for years to become dislodged by a hurricane or similar and be on the move once again. Creepy but cool.
This is a suggestion for the topic on a different topic. "Things that started as one thing, but turned into something different: 1: BMW 2: JACUZZII Well, theres a coupke more anyway. Stay cool bro
Mike.... where are you getting these stories from some of them I've heard like the Town that dreaded Sundown and the Villcila Ax murder house but those others I've never heard of
Just imagine someone so horrible to their slaves that the government in the Antebellum South takes those slave away from them. That was Delphine LaLaurie…
Remember when MK ULTRA was a conspiracy theory? Pepperidge farm remembers. My parents remember. People were locked in asylums for that conspiracy theory. It was true all along

The riddler’s first appearance in DC comics was in 1948, he was not based on the zodiac killer who didn’t start killing until 1968 twenty years later.
Yeah, that comment threw me as to how was that even possible. I don’t know how they messed that up.
The creator is a time traveler and heard about the Zodiac killer and went back to their timeline and made the Riddler.

I told the ghost that we loved her and missed her, but she needed to go on to a better place. I then did the exorcism and we never saw her again.
The best way to have gotten rid of the bunny man was to wind down the window and just tell him to hoppit !!!!!🐇🐰🐇😅😂
Love the jacket, Mike! Very Thriller!
Thanks, but it's Star-Lord
Oh man I can't believe I didn't notice that ! Still a great jacket! Lol
Happy Halloween Mike and Co.
Happy Halloween!
Thank you.
Welcome aboard!
Suprised the Winchester Mystery House wasn't on this list
Number 18... There were 3 of those clowns arrested in my county in late 2016. As they learned, it is illegal to wield a deadly weapon, clown make-up or not, when the residents are genuinely afraid of what your intentions may or may not be.
All 3 said they got the idea from a reddit post which had nothing at all to do with "Wrinkles the clown", but was more of a nonsensical "internet challenge". Similar to the soap pod eating ignorance, except for the criminal aspect that is.
Unsure where the "no arrests were ever made" came from, but it is not entirely true.
Interesting stories!!
Might want to review number 8. You said Henry the 7th, but Jane Seymour and Catherine Howard were wives of Henry the 8th.
Awesome list!!
Hi Mike. TY to you and your team for keeping me up at night over the years. Even when I watch you in the afternoons. LMAO. ("They were on pause!")
"On pause" got me, too.
I wish Mike dressed up in a suit and it was done in black and white it would have been so good as the opening. AKA Rod Serling reference;-)
I loved this video! Thank you
Wouldn't mind hearing a list of lesser known SCPs!
Michael Jackson called and said he wants his jacket back.
Well, he can't, cause it's Star-Lord's
Don't forget the horrific story of Jack the Ripper in London back in the 1880's... That story always gives me chills, and NOT in a good way... 😖
liked within 10 seconds for the jacket alone. hee hee!
Not MJ, Star-Lord.
Welcome to the channel!
do moore research, the riddlers backstory was changed after the zodiac killer happened and the riddler as you know him is based on the zodiac. i researched it then to see if you were right. mike was polite and said nothing.
@@festerbolee I only checked the year. I didn’t do a deep dive into the character. I’m glad that I could allow you the joy to prove someone wrong. Have a nice day!
Love you Mikey ❣️
Nursing homes are the most haunted places in my experience. Luckily I didn't have a big problem, hearing my name called was was strange enough.
The Dyatalov Pass Incident has always creeped me out! And the Hoia Baciu Forest in Romania (pronounced Hoy-A Bachoo)
They know what happened at Dyatlov. A small avalanch killed the group in the middle of the night while they slept. by the time they found the people, the snow had melted and there were minimal signs from the event. There's a couple videos and articles about it if you look for it.
That jacket is pretty horrifying, I may not sleep tonight!😅
The MJJ Thriller jacket esthetic is dope 😊
The music to this video has me grooving... so I had to restart the video to pay close attention to the info. Good choice!!
Idk if anyone has commented on this yet but….. that’s a cool ass jacket!❤️
Thank you! It's Star-Lord's
@@list25 OMG I knew it lookedfamiliar! And just finished rewatching the MCU too. Welp now I feel like I need a Star Lord jacket lol
Mikes voice is very alluring in this video.....tell me moore haha
Jane Seymour and Catherine Howard were wives of Henry 8th not 7th. But very enjoyable.
❤Mike and 25. His puns are the best
Very creepy and interesting.
I am super happy Mike is back. Our lives were argh with you gone😢 now you back and we're 🎉 #HappyDays 😂❤❤
I didn't know we had 6nuclear missiles missing.....who has them:Lex Luthor,Dr.Sivana,Vandal Savage or Professor Killgrave.... this is incredible how did you find that out I've maybe reading way too many comics but this is wild
You said Mike Henry the 7th.... instead of Henry the 8th....he was married to 6wives..... two of which were beheaded Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard
Awesome jacket !!!
Is it a Michael Jackson type?
It's Star-Lord, man. Legendary outlaw.
@@list25 ooooohhhh cool !
Very interesting scary stories, 😯/ Happy ! Halloween ! Eve! 2022. 🎃🎃
Congrats Mike, your fit now compared to your older videos.
Thank you!
I’ve heard from two different sources from the memories of native women ,( one in Las Vegas )that when they were children they would be taken to a government facility and experimented on. In one account there were a bunch of Asian children who were brutalized and never seen again.
I live in Massachusetts and I go to the old Lizzy B Bed and Breakfast. I have pictures and recordings of ghost activity.
1970’s
Happy Halloween🎃👻☠️🧟♂️
Oh shit you guys got the channel back???
Mike Estrin, glad you guys got it back, it's been too long❤ where's Tristan?😅 hope to see more of both of you, the pandemic was pretty brutal for a lot of us
Okay that jacket is cute af
It's Star-Lord's jacket
creepy pasta....BRILLIANT 😅
Hey it’s 2023, any updates about the scary clowns lol.😂 😊
I'm sorry but hawt DAMN you rock that Red jacket bro!!
I love my Star-Lord jacket
Oh my goodness Mike. You have an MJ jacket, LOL nice
It's not MJ lol it's a Star-Lord jacket.
A mysterious woman in black used to visit Rudolph Valentino's grave, putting red roses on it.
I like that jacket mike what the name of it lol gotta get me one
It's Star-Lord's jacket. Sold at the Creations and Treasures of Xandar gift shops at Epcot.
@@list25 Thank you I will be looking for mine here soon thanks again
Of course you mean the wives of Henry VIII, not Henry VII
This is a suggestion for the topic on a different topic. "Things that started as one thing, but turned into something different: 1: BMW 2: JACUZZII Well, theres a coupke more anyway. Stay cool bro
Mike.... where are you getting these stories from some of them I've heard like the Town that dreaded Sundown and the Villcila Ax murder house but those others I've never heard of
Just imagine someone so horrible to their slaves that the government in the Antebellum South takes those slave away from them. That was Delphine LaLaurie…
Mike, Micheal Jackson called…he wants his coat back. Ok, it does look cool. 😄
Lost nuclear bombs? Yeah no...... excuse me when I say I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
I watch your show always! But correct yourself on the Lizzie story, I have been there visiting a friend. Creepy place! Not Lizzies house! D
Remember when MK ULTRA was a conspiracy theory? Pepperidge farm remembers.
My parents remember. People were locked in asylums for that conspiracy theory. It was true all along
@list25 it's nearly the end of 2023.. number 18 what's the answer 🤔
Hey
