My grandma bought a storage unit for $1,200 and put it all in my mom's garage and we sorted through it over a few months. My dad was visiting around Xmas and he found 10,000$ wrapped up in a crown royal bag. Best Xmas ever that year!! Not only was there money but a super snes with like every game like 200 of them. It was crazy how much cool stuff was in there too

Hey I’m someone who really likes katanas and I just wanted to add something. If u ever find a katana pull it out with the blade facing the air and the same with putting it back in its sheath. This is to protect the sharpness of the blade.

That black bag is what you call a bug out bag. People have them full of things that can be used for getting away in social collapse situation and have things to trade for goods. Some people would have more survival gear but from the look of it, this one would be a trade to get what they need when things would collapse under any number of situations, because people could use any and all of that if society was collapsing

The Fisher Digital Line tracer is for finding electrical lines, gas lines, etc that are buried. Just the case is over $300 and the line tracer itself retails for $2250 so for that case and contents is over $2500... Good job!!!

Go through each knife individually and check prices, that OTF automatic Benchmade is roughly 300 depending on the model.. could have some other very valuable knives in that tote. Solid unit y'all!

I think possibly the guy who owned this unit was a land surveyor he saw many different places, had money from many different places, he owned a transit to shoot property and he owned a machine to find pipes underground. This may mean he was a Transit worker, also by the way that Transit is worth $600-$800 possibly maybe even more depending on the brand.
That Benchmade Stiletto Knife depending on mode number retails between $260 - $400 plus dollars. Great Find!

Benchmade is a pretty expensive brand of knives. You graded the switchblade at $30 but if it's a real Benchmade it's well over $100
Wow! Amazing unit. Alot of antiques in there. Alot of valuables really. I would have most of it appraised. It is worth the time and effort to get real values on it all. You would be extremely surprised.

You two rock. My favs are coins and knives so I LOVE this unit so far. PLease when you find old silver coins, even if you are going to let them go for melt value, consider not touching them and getting oil on them from your fingers. Some could be worth way more than melt value.

I guarantee the pool cues in the case with patches are worth more than the $40 listed on screen. I'm a dedicated pool player and very knowledgeable about the equipment used. The cues in that case had joint protectors on them and very rarely will players put those on cues with little value. And some custom cues can value thousands of dollars.
My cue that I paid 360 for back in the day (90s) was a rare leopard lady and it was worth way more then I paid for it..

5:21 L.O.L Surprise Dollhouse. Don't use water when cleaning those if you find another. A unscented baby wipe or something like that that isn't totally wet would work. They have a print on them for the floors and walls. If you find L.O.L Surprise stuff put them together and sell them separately if you want. A lot of kids want them and they aren't always completely cheap to buy at Walmart depending on the type of L.O.L Surprise toy it is.
The dollhouse you got in this video is probably meant for the little sisters and big sisters combined. There's supposed to be stairs to the top floor you connect to it as you put the whole thing together.

If no one’s told you. The yellow things in the black box, near the end of the video is a laser level. The gas tank thingy looks like a tank from a very old military style dirt bike.

Wow, what a unit. The last black case contained surveying equipment. It can be expensive as well. You had quite a find in this storage unit that you bought because it was close to your house. Also, on the jack, there was an intake manifold for an engine (the blue looking thing right under the gas tank). Anyway, this was an awesome video to watch. Keep it up! Have a blessed week.

What honestly makes me Laugh is He goes CRAZY for those Fantasy Knives that are worth Nothing! He sees Benchmade and Even a Strider SNG (1000$ Knife potential!) and you don't hear anything about it...just because it looks like any other (not that it does but to the untrained eye I guess it does...)
Not to mention all the Crappy Knives in there he was impressed with and the Chinese piece of crap Swords and other Impractical Fantasy kind of Stuff that's not worth much...especially Second Hand, especially to people who know their stuff and would think about it twice even if offered for free...

That benchmade automatic you found in the clear box that had a bunch of other boxes in it is a Benchmade Phaeton, goes for about $300 new. You should really pay close attention to some of the knives in there, could hit big money.

Black bag is a bug out bag. It has valuables because when you have to trade to survive you want high value items. I'm surprised there was no first aide stuff inside. There will usually be antibiotics, first aide etc.

Great unit, fishing rods and reels can be very expensive, coins, knives, comics can be very lucrative! I had a friend who had some of the old ones ever made, his comic collection must be worth easy $1-200k ! He bought many many peoples jobs lots and clearances as he did some studying, Nike Jordan’s etc, I’m only half way through the vlog and every box seems to have something really cool, watching this makes me want to check out my local storage unit sales, but surely this doesn’t happen every time !
