Haven't been to the Orleans Hotel recently. Did see Willie Nelson in the theater at this hotel. Ate here a few times. Like to eat at Boyd Group properties. Have found that the food at all the Boyd properties was good. Am subscribed and even hit the like button. Not a fan of Starbucks. Haven't been to a Fudderuckers in some time. Been to the showroom a few times. Also saw Chrystal Gayle here. The best hotels in Las Vegas are those off of Las Vegas Blvd. In the movie theater saw a Stallone movie. Nice hotel/casino just a bit out of the way.
My first adult trip was the Orleans. Around 2006. And I drove in and toured the strip with free parking at every resort then. Had great food and drinks and gambling on property. There was a pizza place that had dark ambience. Of course the buffet was good with plenty of fresh foods. Sad the Prime Rib loft closed. I like the elevated view of the Casino floor.
That closed up area used to be the Buffet. And a Great one at that.
It was a great buffet that was almost as good as the Rio buffet back in 2002

just booked a 7 day stay here for only 500$ n a resort fee at desk 300$ seems worth it all the stuff included will take advantage....i was gonna stay at ojos locos but i already stood there last october so i was like no once i came across this budget hotel 😊..... and the area was super dangerous and im going with my wife and kids ! thanks for the video info bro! 🎉🎉🎉
Familiar, stayed at the Orleans several times, as a viewer mentioned the buffet is gone. They had a good Mexican restaurant at one time also 😋

I thought the doors by the gators was the front door. I’ve spent many hours playing poker at that bar, feeling the wind blast in when people enter those doors. Will be there later this month!
How does a place that supposed to be New Orleans theme not have a Cafe Du Monde?? The most famous coffee and pastry shop in New Orleans. anyone who goes to New Orleans stops at Cafe Du Monde. That seems like a huge miss by Boyd.
That blank space was the AYCE buffet ( previously French Market Buffet), it was a good buffet, to bad it's not there anymore.
Great Tour The Orleans is such a fun Casino. When we lived there used to go to the Movies at The Orleans 📽️🍿🎉🥳

This is my favorite off strip property in Vegas. I used to live there in Vegas and this was by far my favorite place.
That used to be the Buffet now closed like many others since pandemic.

does this hotel have a cafeteria? i see it listed on the amenities section but can’t find it for the life of me lol
They have a food court. Cafeteria’s are usually in back of house for the employees.
Did you get the letter when checking in about Legionaries disease present in their water system? Reviews are saying that check in clerk says nothing and folds up the letter inside your room key booklet.

@JKStayinVegas not first time. Bout 3 dozen always stay at the M but tried iut Boyd's places. Might stick with Penn from now on
Boyd has ruined their players club, not to mention their young at heart promotion, even Big Al's has gone downhill from it's former self, no buffet, no Prime Rib Loft, the Orleans bean counters have ruined the place
And the Mexican restaurant disappeared...Boyd is lost!
And no free shuttle to the strip!
The plannedemic shut Vegas down and hit all the finance very badly. Not saying your critique isn't valid still.😊👍
Aloha from Hawaii. I ALWAYS stay on the strip but when I gamble, it is ALWAYS at The Orleans due to their favorable blackjack rules. Unlike the strip casinos, The Orleans pays 3 to 2 on Blackjack.

I used to stay there quite a bit. Now the rates on their rooms are ridiculous along with their resort fees. Cheaper to stay on the strip, so we no longer stay.
Not dirty enough to be New Orleans themed. Needs more litter.
We loved the Orleans when we stayed a couple of years ago! Close enough to the strip via shuttle or rental car but far enough away from the madness of the strip! Great View of the strip from our room, just ask for the strip side!
Rocky Mountain has coffee too. I used to love the Orleans but my Boyd comps aren't that great, Station casinos give me twice what they offer now

I love Fuddruckers! The locations in Boise closed years ago but we have places like Smashburger, Five Guys and Habit Grill plus In N Out opening in about a month. Thanks for the tour! I saw that George Carlin did his last show at the Orleans and died a week later in Santa Monica.

My uncle LOVED The Orleans and we have been staying there for over 25 years; I know the coffee place was on the left as soon as you walk in, but when you went right i knew the reveal would be near the end of the video!! Nice view of the strip if you ask for the "strip view" rooms. As a player, this is the BEST place to play! Nice to see the place again, wonderful memories.

Great tour! I have such a love/hate relationship with The Orleans! I really liked it the first time I saw it cuz it was *different* from what was on the strip. It's just that I've lost so much money playing in that poker room. 😆

Great Video I miss there Buffet It was one of my favorites I like there Sportsbook and went to there Cinema many times Live In Vegas from 2000- 2015
I stay here once a year, and I’ll actually be there this coming week 5/11/2023. It’s always a pretty good stay, but they’ve messed up my res a few times. Oyster bar is legit, so is the sushi spot. And there’s a clutch grab and go breakfast in the loft. Java serves Starbucks, there’s literally a Starbucks sign on their wall.
