I too am an introvert. I have missed so much in life because of it. I am 75. My adult life when I have to be around people I take some kind of stimulant. I like myself when I do. Either caffeine, tea, or diet pills. I wanted to loose weight after having my 4th child. I weighed 165 pd. That was in 1972. The Dr gave me this medicine, it was awesome. I met the me I wanted to be. I pray you find a way to come out of the shyness. You are a beautiful human, and are a natural with the camera. Oh and the foods you like and you stay so small. There are so many dishes I have watched you and gramma prepare that I have never tasted. Good luck in all you do.🙏🙏🙏🥰🍨🙋🏻♀️
HARLEY AXEL , I agree that anxiety is Hell to live with, I've had it on and off for years ( way, way better after finally chasing down , and dealing with, my skeletons from the past with Counselling!) My son is also suffering from anxiety and depression and takes anti- depressants. Please do NOT advocate the taking of diet pills as a " treatment " for Social Anxiety!!! Or anything else for that matter. As a Nurse and Psychotherapist I'm telling you that The side effects of such pills can be devastating to both Physical and Mental Health. People have DIED as a result of taking Diet pills, especially for the wrong reasons, unprescribed , and wrongly advised by people like you!!! What next , Spice, Alcoholic dependence, Heroin???? Rosie, I take it you're sensible enough to not listen to such rubbish advice. Harley I've reported you!!!!!
