    A couple from Iran were telling me how much they like tea with saffron. I tried it and loved it. Just add a pinch of saffron for each cup of your black tea and pour boiling water over, wait as usual and your tea will taste better and be more enjoyable.
    Bought my saffron at an East Indian Market (they keep it in a drawer by the cash register so I had to ask). It was only $12.95 Can for Spanish Saffron. Before purchasing, I watched several videos on how to tell the real stuff.

      Also, flax seed helps with weight lose. Add 2 tablespoons of ground flax to that list and you’ll be good to go

    Mention of "stress related eating" at 1:30...is that normal? When I'm stressed, the thought of eating gives me nausea. I used to go a week without eating during exam season at University.

      That's an individual thing I guess, I've seen both from people. I myself eat more when I'm stressed, while my spouse is like you.

      Yeah, I know people who eat less when stressed, and who eat more when stressed. Likely a mix of genes, biology, and learning from example...

    The only black cumin I could find at Whole Foods was grown in Afghanistan. I wonder what the future of black cumin will be considering what just happened in Afghanistan.

    I had to stop eating both black and regular cumin - they were proving very not good for me and my endometriosis. Also was having some atrocious side effects, thankfully within days of removing them both from my diet things settled back down.

      @Niranjan Bender • I use more black cumin, tastes like black pepper; cumin in Mexican food. Sometimes both.

    Ja schudłam 15 kg w około 3 msc, a wszystko co zrobiłam to w zasadzie zmiana odżywiania + jedzenie błonnika. Do tego piłam sporo wody dzień w dzień. Ćwiczeń w sumie w ogóle. Jadłam makaron i pieczywo ciemne pełnoziarniste, ryż brązowy, ryby, jajka, sporo różnych orzechów i migdałów itp. nieprzetworzone produkty. Czasami sobie kupiłam coś ze słodyczy. Dużo się dowiedziałam z diety Anusi jakiego typu posiłki spożywać itp, polecam poczytać o niej w wyszukiwarce google. Najistotniejsze to regularność tak czy siak.
