Has, your work been alright with no problems???? How is you dry throat?? Possible solution :- -drinking honey water. -lemon water -gargling with salt water -steam inhalation. -drinking warm liquid, such has broth or hot tea ( not boiling water.) -throat lozenges -use a humidifier in your bedroom. To help keep cool in heat / very hot weather :- -water mellow -cucumber - you could try hot spicy food and hot tea has they use in India, it balances the body heat with outside temperatures - this I find dose work for me turn your cold water tap on till water cold or very cold , place your left inside waist under the running water for a couple of minutes then do the same with the right wrist. Veins here are major arteries to the heart and the cooling effect would travel to main circulation in the body. The other cause of a dry throat could be sleeping position not comfortable or you could be sleeping with your mouth open??? If you can keep a bottle of water next to the bed , to seep during the night.
