I literally finished my WIP of Cato the day I got your eyes! (and have since made another big dragon with a pair of your slayer eyes that I still need to photograph lol) Your eyes are so stunning and they motivate me so much. I completely understand you about always wanting to make these big fantastical beautiful creatures; I love making big projects and controversially, sewing is one of my favorite things to do when crocheting,, so it’s just like I always tend to find myself making these giant plushies that I never sell and end up keeping for myself and then being behind on all the little things for markets 😭 But I’m doing what I love which I agree is the most important thing! whenever I get burnt out with crocheting all the little things I buy myself another beautiful giant pattern and I’m motivated again 💕

Okay hi I’m back now that I finished the video lol. I took off for the summer if you saw in any of my videos, I talk about how I’m not doing markets until the fall time because of all the points you said. And there really aren’t many indoor markets. (I was in Mississippi doing markets and recently moved to TN.. so yea HOT. lol) But, I am actually doing a market this weekend and I am dreading it. My Neighbor is doing it and wanted me to do it with her, so I am doing it on a whim, but it is going to be so hot. Ironically it’s a Christmas in July market lol. I like to create whimsical weird plushy as well and I like to create the big ones that take time just like you said and I think taking time away from markets allows you to just make whatever you want to make whenever you want to make it. I haven’t put out a video in a couple weeks and I have been struggling to crochet because I feel as though I have to create certain stuff for this last-minute market and I don’t want to so then I end up doing nothing lol

I researched a lot of the different brands before purchasing mine. It has extra features if I ever want to make carbon/metal prints too which is why I chose mine. I bought the creality K1C☺️
Omg your Diddy Dex modded to be Haku is AMAZING and I totally might make a couple for my next markets lol. I’m obsessed with making Diddy Dex and doing different color combos so that would fit right in with my other dozens of dragons lol. I had a market yesterday that was also kind of a flop. Luckily it was a much cheaper booth fee but I made $133 and got so sun burnt I couldn’t stay the full time. Turns out it was more of a very large garage sale or flea market and I don’t think I saw another booth with handmade items so 🤷🏻♂️ win some and loose some I guess but they definitely shouldn’t charge so much if they can’t say they will have enough foot traffic for it to be worth that much!
