TRANSIENT SYNOVITIS OF HIP in children - EPISODE 54

Transient synovitis (sin-oh-vie-tis), commonly called irritable hip, is the most common cause of limping in children. It is due to inflammation (swelling) of the lining of the hip joint. In most cases of irritable hip, your child will have recently recovered from a viral infection. Although the condition is benign and self-limited, providers must recognize the critical importance of differentiating transient synovitis from acute infectious processes.

What could be done if it happens in female aged 27 years. It occurred for the first time at the age of 19, and started reoccurring in a gap of every 3-4 months. Pain happens to be unbearable restricting to stand, lie or sit in any position. Had to get painkiller injection in emergency ward to get relief from the pain, after which it got better on its own. The severity of pain increased on every reoccurrence. This time it reoccurred after a gap of 2 years. Sir please suggest something, that would be very helpful.🙏🏻
