In this emotional video, we explain and share a major life update: Avri must leave not just Lithuania, but the entire EU/Schengen area due to immigration issues. This unexpected situation has forced us to make some drastic changes-Simas had to quit his job, and we had to quickly pack up and leave Europe. The experience feels like a deportation for Avri, and it's a difficult and sad time for us. However, we remain hopeful and ready to take on the next chapter of our journey. We had to leave Lithuania, actually Europe altogether, and go back to the US (or anywhere outside of the EU), so we took the first flight we could find and left everything - our home, our lives and had to start fresh again.

I am curious why you have to get your marriage certificate to Lithuania 🇱🇹 so in other words US marriage certificate isn’t really good enough in Europe etc. Since you were married in the US why wasn’t that sufficient, but if it was the other way around the US, just accept every anybody marriage license with no restrictions @Avri&Simas

I think the action to both leave is based on fear of splitting and losing each other.. maybe she does not feel sure and protected. But the sane thing to do is him staying and working and she could leave for a few weeks . But you can take something like a vacation and use that time to travel to several countries out of Europe

Hey Avri and Simas, i can feel what you are going through, because i just had the exact same problem shortly. Even though I was born in the current country, i had a certain time to apply or leave. Every time I got back to my current country, i had to go through Schengens. Very stressful. The only thing that i could do, was Apply for the passport. It took 12-14: weeks. I Received it, I should have Applied before Brexit, June to December 31st ,11 pm 😧. I am now a Dual citizen of two countries. Wishing you both , lots of luck. If i can make it, so can you both. The moment I saw this video with its caption, I already know why you must leave the Schengen zone. But I decided to watch the video and it turns out to be the exact reason I thought. The Europeans also have only 90 days visa free to stay in US, if they planned to stay longer the paperwork continues. Enjoy your stay in Turkey guys. See you soon in Europe again.

avri must leave country because she used up all her days she can be in the country as an immigrant. mom, dad sister and inlaws are amazong folks would put her up a few days. and continue make social media vid etc for income or temp job.

Three months is a very short time. Fully rooting up will be a bad idea and an unnecessary expense.

Do like Russians running from war - Turkey, Georgia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia etc, where it's relatively cheap, but still close to EU, even Ireland will do - it's EU, but not in Schengen, but it's no longer all that cheap either.
P.S. Cyprus is EU, but not a part of the SZ yet.

Wow! We moved to Poland in 2022. My husband is a citizen, but didn't have any paperwork, so he started the ball rolling once we got here. With the 90 day issue, we went to the UK in May. He was legally a Polish citizen again in June during that time, so he was good. Me? Not so much. We just started leaving the Schegen Zone every 3 months. Because of his health issue, we have to return to the US once a year, so it helped. Finally got my temporary residence last August.
Just a bump in the road. This too shall pass. God makes no mistakes so trust him and allow the process to work. All will be well soon❤

All this seems a bit drastic and unnecessary sacrifice
You didn’t BOTH have to leave.
You could take a 3 months vacation, visiting your mom, while handling USA paperwork; meanwhile Simas dedicate his self on his new job & whatever Lithuanian paperwork has to be done in Lithuania.
This would be a small sacrifice for the greater good of your future.
Fortunately, your TH-cam channel makes it possible to extend vacation for BOTH of you.
It sounds like you ORIGINAL plan, should of been , ONE remains in the USA while the other is forging the way in Lithuania. While one handles the stuff in the USA, the other handles the stuff in Lithuanian. Once you got approval from immigration, that is the clue that you can move to Lithuania to start your 90 Days.
Oh well, now you have RELEASE EVERYTHING, in Gods plan.

Long distance for 1-3 months isnt bad . Some men are deployed in the army for a year o.o. Simas could have gotten his money up and not touch rainy day funds. His loyalty is attractive but sometimes life hits with hard decisions. Enjoy Turkey tho
