A v24 is used for VERY large trucks and locomotives. The majority of these engines were made with multiple much smaller v engines put together. With more than 50L of capacity, it pumps out 2,900hp.
(Note: this was a quick Google search, I do not know how much is correct)
(Edit: Apparently the 50L, 2,900hp is a fiat v24 aircraft engine, from the 1930s)
Someone's gotta swap their honda with the 2900hp+ 1930s V24 aircraft engine
probally a marine engine, too. i havnt heard of locomotive powerplants above 18 cylinder in north america. probally chinese.
If you took 3 5L V8s and put them together you would have a 15L engine, which is way too much displacement for a road (It wouldn't fit in any car) but it's actually reasonable for a truck, (might fit) and would definitely make a pretty good torque figure for hauling stuff.
If you took the bolide 3.2L engine, that would be 9.6L of displacement. Which, to remind you, is only around 1 leter smaller than the T series engine (and definitely wouldn't fit in the engine bay of the bolide.)
They took a 1985 Panther Roadstar with 3 chevy V8s to create a V24 so its possible@@jwalster9412
@@jacobweiser9732 The V24 would still probably be quieter than a Honda K20 with a fart can exhaust and cat delete sending a piston and rod into outer space at 2am after revving for the past 30 minutes.
I Like this V24 Engine You can Put it on a truck, Semi truck and even a car. But Sadly They Never Made a V24 Destoyer
Are you tryna die in 6 seconds of driving it
A diesel V24 semi would be ironically more logical, because the added tourqe from that many cylinders, would be Ludacris
Why Do You Type Like This
Do You Know Basic English
@@alxtinot that deep it’s a yt comment not a school essay

"How's it stop?" Neil says as the cars 5 feet in the air and going over 100 mph, its going to stop rather quickly
This kind of reminds me of the Cizeta-Moroder V16T from the 90's. V16 sports car build for just pure power. No turbos or fancy supercharger systems, just a supercar designed to live out its life on the road instead of constantly in the shop.
I assume the engine they used was two reliable V8s welded together with as many stock parts as possible, otherwise it would be a shop car.
@@jwalster9412 no one welds engine blocks together that would not work
@@djjaysky9071 it was figurative.
(Ignoring garage 54 who made a I6 lada of course)
@@jwalster9412 I said "designed" to. It was all custom and like any other supercar of the era was definitely riddled with issues and would have still spent its life on a lift more than on the road.
actually the car used urraco/jalpa V8 engines@@jwalster9412
6:11 definitely a Lamborghini countach. Even the wing looks like the one on the countach!
Not because of any 24 cylinder insane engine but this car reminds me of the special edition F40 that Ferrari built before he died. The special edition twin Turbo F40. It was just a raw power, lightweight tube chassis freakshow of a car.
And it kinda looked like this also.
Do you mean the F40 Competizione? If you do, I get what you mean, but I personally get a mixture of that car and the 288 GTO Evoluzione. Both are incredible pieces of art and machinery
@@matgrismg: yep that's the one.
No power assist, no computer controlls. All Analog supercar.
Just lightweight body on tube chassis with a flat plane crank twin turbo v8 going through a 5-speed gated transmission.
Also got a hint of the Koenig Testarossa Competition with the back story, as well as some styling clues.
The way you pop the hood in the bolide/scintilla is a thing on the door. Open the door and behind you it’s there.
A car so powerful, physics steps in and says "Nope" to its top speed.
The developer gave it more downforce to fix the wheel spin, it didn't work, but at least it has a speed limiter now so you don't go 300MPH on 1980s street tires and undup backwards, at 300mph into a bus or something. It will be 270 instead.
Power like this is why most modern hypercars are AWD.
Honorable mention goes to the Lotus Evija, which produces around 2,000 horsepower. While its top speed is limited at 219 MPH, I have reason to believe that with a multi-speed gearbox, it could easily pass 300 MPH.
The closest analogue to a multi-speed transmission’d Evija is in Forza Horizon 5, but the top speed seems to be limited there at approx. 284 MPH, which seems to have less to do with the car itself and more to do with arbitrary speed limits placed on all but two cars (the Koenigsegg Jesko and the Hennessey Venom F5).
From Forza to Gran Turismo… I’ve gotten the Corvette C6 ZR1 to a max of 301 MPH with just the W-16 Chiron engine swap (not even upgraded), diffuser, wing delete, and a full customizable transmission, and up to 336 MPH with all possible upgrades (maintaining the same bodykit parts). With max horsepower, it can even still cross 300 MPH with close to maximum downforce and a wide-body kit (both installed for handling’s sake), although the Corvette isn’t as good for a time attack as the GT-R Nismo with the same swap is, as the latter has AWD and even more downforce.
When Hotwheels starts making production line super cars💀💀💀
If you factor in the era, the Cizeta V16t comes close to it IRL.
In a normal road going real car, the highest number of cylinders ever used, belongs to Cadillac and its V-16.
The elmiraj?
@@turboismad9376Apparently not, since the Elmiraj has a twin-turbo V8.
Another (well-known) production car with 16 cylinders is the Bugatti Veyron. The Chiron uses what’s essentially an improved version of that same W-16 engine.
The most Cylinders in a car is 16 from the Bugatti veyron a V24 WOW 😯
The bolide's trunk release is actually in the rear of the door pocket in the drivers side! Probably took me 3-4 months to find it after the bolide got reworked no joke lol.
Gave me RS6 crash flash backs from 7:55 to here 8:00 💀
Really fun video! Out of curiosity, when is the full tour of the complete Car jump arena v2 going to release?
It's a paid mod right now...
its gonna release some time in february I think.
It’s been out 3 months ago and it’s free
I used to watch this guy when I was younger lol I’m glad to see he is still doing well now😅
The bowl light is a Ferrari that that's like one of the fastest Ferrari in the world
The wing on the car is closet to the lamborghini countach
What the hell?! That’s Insane!
When I first saw this car, the front to me instantly reminded me of the old Ferrari Testarossa Koenig Competition, with a giant Countach wing glued on.
if you open the driver side door and look all the way to the left where the door closes there should be a hood relase for the back same for the scintilla
Nice vid bro
Gotta go fast
It's like if some one looked at an F40 and a Cizeta V16T and said no, I need more.
I've missed you Neil I haven't seen a video of yours in a long time
i like the fact that it fucking 3 v8 squashed up welded togeather
They took a 1985 Panther Roadstar with 3 chevy V8s to create a V24 so its possible
I got this mod and I put the Centaurius turbos on it and I got this BEAST of a machine to go 288 mph!
Cars like this are why traction control was invented
Darn. I was hoping you would take this car up the impossible road ;)
a real life that could be that crazy would be the porsche 917k, hit a top speed of 246 mph in 1971 at le mans
Civetta can gift one of those to the pope, especially the Centaurus version of it. Can't get more Italian than that. :D
The bolide has a “pop” for the hood it is if you open the driver’s door and look at where the seat is at the door paneling
I remember Dodge had a concept motorcycle that had a V-12. Monster was set up as a motorcycle, but needed four wheels as opposed to two.
The tomahawk ?
The Dodge Tomahawk had the engine out of a Viper, 8.0 liter V-10 pushrod.
hey neil, dunno if you read the comments but for the record and for yourself, the bolides engine pop button in to the left of the driver seat near the back i believe
Such a great mod
This car has more cylinders than battery volts.
Catch up on your content riding a train Neil. 7 hours up to Mass. Stay safe and hny bud. Big ups ❤
At 7:58 I thought kerosene would start playing
Nelogical when he floor the car: 30G
Like, for scale, WW2 fighters usually had 12-18 cylinders.. so yeah, huge power here.
you basically recreated the paul walker crash without even trying lol
Amazing car V24 😱🤩😎🏎️💨
To answer your question, yes, Detroit Diesel made a 24v71 2 stroke diesel.
Did not mean to take it out on you. Love the Show.
I'm not sure if anyone did the math yet but seeing 3 Ventiquattros, 2 Ventiquattro Rs and 4 Centauruses get destroyed, the total amount of money that was lost in this video was 112,250,000 US dollars (if I'm wrong feel free to correct me) 😅
how do you move the camera like that in the ontro looking at the car? W car man this car looks fun!
V16 Cizeta. Its the only car i can think of, that even comes close to a v24.
I downloaded this mod 2 days ago before neil
This thing is built like a hillclimb without the grip
Neil, you really do give such a huge intro (by talking so much)
yes, THERE IS A v24 engine, and its VERY LARGE, I LOOKED IT UP, but i don't think its used for any mass produced cars or anything like that though...
"How does it stop" *it doesn't stop*
very nice video🤩
ESC & Traction Control? Who needs it!
6:09
The bolide itself ( bugatti bolide )
Good video, but are we ever getting a better bigger speedometer?
I think the tvr cerberra speed 12 was that car in real life if want to look into it its a front engined 7.7l v12 producing 950hp it was an absolute death trap
Currently the Devel 16 is the fastest with a w 16 engine or v 16 also made street legal version and a race only version making 5k horsepower irl
Hate to burst your bubble, but the Devel V16’s pretty much vaporware at this point.
There does exist a car made by Devel, but it only has half the cylinders and doesn’t have confirmed performance.
YOU HAVE TO RACE WITH YOUR BUDDIES IN THIS BEAST!!! FOR THE SAKE OF BRINGING BACK THE BOLIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7:56 kerosene starts playing
Holy Bat Balls, it REALLY exists!
I really miss the HUD. Just being able to see speed and stats was really fun
Add it back then lol
@@draxunohe meant Neil's hud
Like a Group B Circuit Race Car!
this mod is close to irl custom konegg testarossa if i get it it has most mods made from konegg custom workshop
9:16 look at the boost indicator 😂
"Customer states turbos are not producing boost"
The bolide and Scintilla both have the opening problem, unfortunately.
It's a hidden button, next to the pedals is the button to open the frunk, and around the back of the side of the seat that's facing out of the car is the button to open the trunk. I hope that helped you out
both vanilla civettas have an engine compartment release and a frunk release built into the rear edge of the driver's doorframe. you have to open the door to find them. click the release trigger in the doorframe, then click the latch trigger on the panel to open or close.
Ah, The Bolide Actually Does Have An Open able Frunk And Engine Cover, If you open the door, near the end of the door, near the latch, there are the pops for the front and engine cover.
At first glance, this Reminds me of a red Ferrari F40.
You should look up the 288 GTO Evo - you'll where both cars were inspired from. The 288 GTO Evo looks like someone had waaay too much coffee and not enough time to get a race car to fit under some bodywork, just like this thing.
Bugatti U-16 from 1915 and he did put it in a car
V24???
this pistons are like an inch round lol
To me, it looks like it's similar to the Lamborghini Countach.
7:56 almost audi rs6💀
The only regular cars that come close are the w16 buggati engines
I tested it in the german autobhan But I need to stay as much closer to the barrier so it dosen't loose control
Y reached almos 300Mph
Yup, the Bolide was already a death trap, swapping in a V24 only makes it a death trap on steroids 😂😂😂
I don't generally have problems driving the normal Bolide, but this V24 is something else. I drive with a controller, but my wheel is coming in today.
Hey Neil how do I get the car junk arena 2.0 I couldn’t find it in the repository
This seams based on the countach just not sure about that front bumper
Largest engine I'm familiar with is a Cummins QSK 95
V16
95 Liters
4 Turbochargers
Diesel
4,000 Horsepower
Emergency generator
At full power it will go through 1 gallon of fuel in about 15 minutes
sheesh v24!!!!!!!!!
possibly the 959 from porsche
DRIVE THIS IN VR!!!!!!!😂
The closest thing to this must be the vector
Completely ignoring the forest for the trees here, but trains are powered by generators. They run on electric motors that gain their electricity from diesel generators.
And the generators are, in some cases, powered by V24 diesel engines.
How do you open the menue to tear off Things from the car?
It looks like it was supposed to mimic an f40
Real ridiculous car...
V16 cuatriturbo
5.076 CV
Devel Sixteen
How did you pull that car apart like that I can’t figure it out
Bro made the death z but a bolide instead 💀
good
mercedes hit 269mph in the early 1940s i believe
imagine clutch dumping at 5th gear
nicee
You mentioned the fastest car in Real life. And said something about the Hennessey venom. Having Googled it, here are the top three fastest cars. Hennessey venom at 310.7 MPH, 500+KPH. The second fastest is the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut at 330 MPH, 531KPH, and the fastest the Devel Sixteen at 347MPH, 550+ KPH!!
there IS/was a mercedes concept for that but in the end the engine was too expensive, powerful, unreliable, heavy and alot of other stuff why they didn´t built it
Cool
Look lowkey like a 288 gto evoluzione
There is no way that'd be road legal. The government would step in to prevent people driving it on the road if it were to actually exist. So much power with 80s tyres and probably a lot of weight = death.
I mean, good job it's not real and it's just a game then, really, otherwise the made up company Cizetta would be a lot of trouble!
@@Beany2007FTW
Yep, nice to know that the Cizeta 16T is a completely fictional car.
