I use that glycholic acid by The Ordinary too! I wanted it FOR YEARS! Bjt I'm broke..literally struggling just to live, pay bills, put food on the table for my family..and one say it just SHOWED UP! I didn't order it and nobody new I wanted it or ordered it for me. I seriously believe I manifested it or I had a gaurdian angel looking out for me- and I am somebody with HORRIBLE luck and has felt cursed the last decade (especially). The stories I have 😳. But this was one good thing that happened! I need to be grateful that it came and try to kick this depressions ass so I can actually take care of myself, because it's been harder than usual the last few months. I've gotten my hopes up and let down a lot by job opportunities. It's been a very difficult time and I love in a lot of fear. But it's time to stand back up and fight!
As someone who used to work for Function of Beauty, I'm SO glad you stopped using it. It is so so so bad, no one I worked with there would wven use it because we were ALL having issues with the formula. That company is garbage
@@laurawarden6036 they are super sketchy about their ingredients, when I worked there they dodged questions about why the products caused hair loss, itching, etc. and for me it affected my scalp so bad that I had to switch to a special shampoo to repair my skin after only using it for a couple months. As an employee whose job it was to help quell fears about the products (customer service) none of us really had much faith in the products or the company after long. They also just treated us kinda poorly
kept seeing ads for it and was tempted to buy it but i was having second thoughts because being outside of the US the shipping and taxes were pretty high ... so glad I didn't end up buying

She learnt from a dermatologist on TikTok a couple years ago about just using clean head and shoulders for face wash because the zinc is amazing and eats all the dead skin. I have not used an expensive face wash since I even use it on my body. It’s help with my ingrown hairs on my legs, I think the beauty industry is to get our money when it’s so much simpler than it needs to be. But keep in mind you’re gorgeous no matter what you put on your face!

What’s crazy is I follow certain people and have followed them for a long time not knowing that they all have the same issues as I have had, I find it crazy. They all can’t conceive, the hormonal acne, the anxiety and OCD. I find these things out as I watch people and it’s just crazy without knowing you seek people out like yourself.

I have severe PCOS and hormonal issues on top of it and I've been trying to troubleshoot my hair loss and skin issues I found this video enlightening. Also for cheaper perfumes , Ive started using Dossier for a few years now because they break expensive designer perfumes down chemically and remake them to be so much more affordable! You can just go to their site and type in the brands you use and they tend to have so many remarks that are like $40 max for a decent size bottle. Sorry for the long comment! Love soo much!!! 😘

Hi Celina! I love you and your videos so so much and am so happy you made this video! I just wanted to mention that using three exfoliating skin products especially with a retinol can really damage your skin barrier and dry it out badly especially if you’re not using an spf, and you may not be getting the full benefits of the products, all of the serums and toner you used make your skin more sensitive to uva and uvb rays and prone to getting sun damage. I’m also a dry skin girly who can get red, sensitive and oily on parts of my face in the summer but I usually stick to one gentle exfoliating product or a retinol at night two or three times a week to keep my skin from getting red and irritated while still getting the benefits from the products. Hope this is helpful, and ty again for sharing all your stuff with us! Would love to see more videos like this ❤

I'm glad you mentioned Function of Beauty! I used their stuff for several years and yes it smells great and comes in pretty colors but did literally nothing for my hair! I feel like my hair was more dry and thin while using FOB than any other product I've ever used.

I have severe PCOS and hormonal issues on top of it and I've been trying to troubleshoot my hair loss and skin issues I found this video enlightening. Also for cheaper perfumes , Ive started using Dossier for a few years now because they break expensive designer perfumes down chemically and remake them to be so much more affordable! You can just go to their site and type in the brands you use and they tend to have so many remarks that are like $40 max for a decent size bottle.

Hi Celina! I love you and your videos so so much and am so happy you made this video! I just wanted to mention that using three exfoliating skin products especially with a retinol can really damage your skin barrier and dry it out badly especially if you’re not using an spf, and you may not be getting the full benefits of the products, all of the serums and toner you used make your skin more sensitive to uva and uvb rays and prone to getting sun damage. I’m also a dry skin girly who can get red, sensitive and oily on parts of my face in the summer but I usually stick to one gentle exfoliating product or a retinol at night two or three times a week to keep my skin from getting red and irritated while still getting the benefits from the products. Hope this is helpful, and ty again for sharing all your stuff with us! Would love to see more videos like this ❤
