you are implying these places are always ripping you off? you are experienced in travel to Phil, u know the economic troubles, you are being served and taken care of. It is not the responsibility of the people to accomodate you so well,....you know that your money is the only thing you have in your favor

Don't run into these random locals after you arrived that they will tour you for a cheap price until you get scammed with a large amount.
