  • “Rewire your Brain” A Guided Journal
    The vocabulary of the mind is words and the vocabulary of the body is feelings. It is therefore, imperative to have a word stock that strengthens the mind and the body, and helps us to gain control over the present moment.
    Rewire Your Brain - A book cum journal, is a work in this direction, to serve as a tool to help people successfully break the loop of negative thinking and self-sabotaging behaviour. It is a step by step coaching guide, the book uses proven neuroscience based models of change merged with spiritual wisdom to help its readers change their thought patterns.
    Journaling has been well established as a methodology that helps us to build a goal focused mindset that allows us to overcome the default network of the brain - which is to take us to the past or imagine the future. Gaining control of the present moment helps us to break this loop.
    The users of this journal will be coached as they go along the 66 day program.
    It is hard work and I have often found in my coaching sessions that journaling has given my coachees the ability to gain control over the 60 - 70,000 thoughts that we have in the day.
    Spiritual wisdom clearly tells us that we must only focus on our efforts and not become obsessed with the outcome of our goals - as that is not in our control.
    It is hard to surrender.
    This book is an endeavour to saliently help my readers build a mindset in which they can slowly and steadily learn to surrender to the outcome of their goals
