I'm so glad that Stella likes Shinobu's unexpected side in this episode because so many people find her disturbing or just straight up dislike her from the start
Regarding demons and their humanity: I believe Giyu told Tanjiro in episode one that at the time they get turned into demons, they forget their humanity and attack people and eat them even if they are their own relatives or other loved ones. You saw evidence of that with the Hands Demon killing and eating his own brother and the Husband demon who attacked his own wife when Muzan turned him into a demon in Akasaka, Tokyo. On the other hand, there seems to be cases when demons actually remember their past humanity and can have restraint. It seems to me in the flashback of the Tsuzumi Demon, he had been turned into a demon yet didn’t attack his father until his father’s belittling of him went too far as he stepped on his writings. It also appears that there may be cases when over time, some Demons may remember their past and try to more human… I believe the doctor, Tamayo may be a case like this. Nezuko herself was able to remember her humanity as she heard her brother’s passionate words. So it seems to me that one’s strength of will or character may be able to overcome their demon-ness, but these are probably an extremely rare cases.
Also, please remember what Rui said about Nezuko’s blood demon art: that her fire only seemed to affect him and his webs and didn’t hurt her brother at all. This is an important ability that many people seem to forget as they see her use her blood demon art in later episodes.
Shinobu is such a great character. Cant wait for you to learn more about her!🦋

I'm getting really distracted by Stella's lipstick. I feel like she's coloring outside the "lip region" a little. I am unsure if this is standard practice or my OCD is justified this time
This is an unnecessary comment. her lipstick has been applied really solid and well. In makeup it’s called “over lining the lip” which is a style of choice. And I don’t know your situation but remember not to use the term OCD lightly, if it was that detrimental you would have had to physically cover her face or skip watching this episode and not put yourself thru the torture of an obsessive compulsive trigger. Im trying to be kind but again comments like this only bring negativity
@@crystal_snow875 I appreciate your kindness, there is another video in which she appears in a gothic style and her overlining was more accentuated. That's when I noticed it the first time, this is the second time. I was mostly confused, not knowing if it was a styling choice or what. Your explanation was exactly what I was looking for. If anyone felt bad about anything I said, it was not my intention, I'm just not that good at human interaction.
I wouldn't say it was impossible to watch the video, but it was certainly difficult. And that was sad to me because I really enjoy their reactions. I think knowing it's a styling choice might help next time.
