When I grew up in the Gorbals in Glasgow in the Sixties and seventies we fought with the San-Toi and the Tongs, just saying from Glasgow 😁😎🇬🇧
Glasgow artists found in a cupboard drinking thinners. Four of them were blank canvases, a fifth, going by the name of Shugsy Kandinsky said he only popped in to see what he could nick.

Only downside of the investment is that wee guys like yourselves will be priced out of the area. Saw it happen to Temple Bar in Dublin when they cleaned it up and marketed it as the artist quarter and all the wee art and craft shops, galleries, recording studios etc were forced out due to increased costs. Hope it doesn't happen to you.
