His patter is top drawer and he's smart chappie, would like him to appear on a podcast telling his story, or better still he could start his own one up, come on Gaz make it happen!!
Only downside of the investment is that wee guys like yourselves will be priced out of the area. Saw it happen to Temple Bar in Dublin when they cleaned it up and marketed it as the artist quarter and all the wee art and craft shops, galleries, recording studios etc were forced out due to increased costs. Hope it doesn't happen to you.
