Just as I suspected, there was a lighter colour scheme available and it looks so much better! Don't know why so many picked the darker. IMO, flooring clashes with the lower cabinets and the "wood grain" looks fake. Otherwise, the units are still nice.
I'd suggest the agent to consider prepping more when showing the property to the audience. It didn't sound like she knows too much about it other than saying it has nice view, bigger window, and even commenting how a bathroom is different from others due to a pull-out drawer?! The basics like the size of the rooms, nearby schools or groceries, transportation etc. were not even mentioned.

將架錢七停前面,架超跑就停後面,就算有人想偷你架超跑都冇咁容易,算不算前後車位也有其好處?還有就是要睇每個家庭或每人的出車情況,早出晚歸咪冇所謂可以泊前面,晚出早歸就麻煩點。
