I have been Atheist for most of my life, only 1 year ago on this month I became a Christian and I have been studying Christianity and have also been studying Islam and the Quran and the final messenger Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and his teachings. I have been doing extensive research within the Bible and there is so much evidence and proof that the Bible isn’t what it is. There is so much proof to show that there will BE another messenger after Jesus (Isa pbuh). Watching these videos and watching Ahmed Deedat, Ali Dawah, Mohammed Hijab and more scholars who teach the ways of religion is very unbiased. Allah gave us the free will and the logic to think. Many people deny Islam because they are ignorant and are not using their intellect to open their minds more. Alhamdulillah for Islam, as i’m writing this I will be performing the Shadah very soon Inshallah.
(EDIT) Asalaam Walaykum everyone it has officially been 1 year since I have reverted to Islam, Alhamdullilah thank you everyone for the positive comments and for the Christians that require answers, read all the passages and errors in the New Testament and the Old, read through the signs of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the old testament and when Jesus (ISA PBUH) says that there will be something coming after him, Insh'Allah many more Christians and people seeking religion will come back to the straight path. If we could earn our own ticket to heaven, then we- sinful, wicked and fallen as we are- would get to heaven and BOAST to God that WE had earned our own way there, through our own righteousness- AND THIS GOD WILL NOT ALLOW! So- you CANNOT be saved by your own works; you cannot EARN your own ticket to heaven; you have to be saved by GOD’S OWN WORK- the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ at Calvary- you can ONLY get to heaven on the ticket Jesus bought for you by his atoning blood! And all your fleshly good works on earth will never expunge one tiny sin- per Hebrews 9:22, your sins can ONLY be washed away by blood- the sinless blood of the crucified Saviour! You can NEVER get to heaven by being good- firstly, because you ARE NOT good- you are wicked, sinful and fallen from cradle to grave; and SECONDLY- God is MORE than just good- he is 100% sinlessly perfect, so to get to heaven by being good, you must be MORE than just good- you must be 100% sinlessly perfect, and no man in history but Jesus Christ met that mark, no-one else comes close! As Jesus told us, the work of God is to believe on Jesus Christ, whom the Father sent- doing the religious works invented by Muhamad will not erase even one tiny sin, and will avail absolutely nothing to save you! He sought help from some rulers, he invited him to Tawhīd. Then a ruler helped him, but a higher ruler frightened him, then another ruler helped him. He was firm in helping him.

Were the sahabas ashari or maturidi these are people came after, and even abou l hassan ashari made tawba and died on the mazhhab of imam ahl l sunna in his time imam ahmad ibn hambal.

Ibn Abdul Wahhab only fought Mushrikin and killed them. This is a misconception. The grave worshippers were the first to wage war at him, he in defence fought back to spread Tawheed.

I can relate to the brother I've started studying Islam in 1990 believed in hold heartily but during my studies I read about the torments of the grave and I was afraid that if I missed a salat the punishment was severe . I mean I fast I prayed I just wouldn't take my shahada. One day in the masjid after jummah a good friend and I was talking I told him I never took my shahada and why he told the imam the imam asked me if I'm ok wit dying knowing I'm not a Muslim and how all those ramadans wasn't excepted so I took my shahada that day
