If you look into this deeper you find that Candy Spelling blocked her daughter from receiving her inheritance and there was a long history of Candy being jealous of Tori because she was a “daddy’s girl” she openly stated often in their home that she was jealous of Tori. Imagine being a child growing up with that.
Tori's father's the one who did her and her brother dirty. He had plenty to share and chose not to set up trust funds for his kids. That's cold. Why???
I used to wait on Tori, Candy, and the children at the country club. I was a bartender. The sweetest family I have ever met. I helped candy stand while she changed out of heels one time. The children were well behaved. Tori was a sweetheart. treated the staff like aces.
They brought their kids into a world of luxury, they raised them to be what they are and they have no right to judge them for becoming exactly who they were raised to be ...
Candy could have done more. She has always hated Tori because of her looks. Tori didn't measure up to be the "doll" that Candy wanted. She was her father's favorite and as a result Candy made Tori pay for that. Candy is highly narcissistic.
Of course, Tori should learn to be self-sufficient. But who's going to teach her? You can't abdicate all responsibility for teaching your kids life skills and then shame them for their lack of skills. Candy married Aaron for his money. She's a hypocrite. That said, everyone sucks here.
For God’s sake Candy, help your grandchildren. Yes Tori is irresponsible but Candy is greedy. You can’t take it with you. It’s also what Aaron would have wanted.
Candy and Aaron should have taught her financial sound behavior. They didn't, because she wasn't supposed to be poor or ever worry about money. And yes, Dean did marry her for her money. Sorry. The irony is that he probably cost her her money.
Tori also pays for deans child support. He is a snake. Tori burned through money because she never had to think she was never going to have it. It was how she was raised. The mother is no better with her boy toys. I feel badly for Tori because Dean used her and she’s blinded by him.
It sounds like her parents spoiled the Hell out of her, didn't teach her anything about adulting, 😅and gave her everything and when she didn't do what they wanted they said FU. They're at fault for some of it for sure. Since they never taught her anything, 10 million, that Mama or Papa wouldn't even miss is what she should have gotten. Then it would have been up to her to invest that $, add to it, and be responsible. I think they're all wrong on different levels. But the bottom line is yes, share the wealth. You can't take it with you.
Candy was the one who married a provider husband NOT Tori. Tori needed to take mom's footsteps and marry a billionaire to fund her lifestyle. She married below her bracket. Her fault.
She got almost a million dollars. She could have hired a financial advisor to help her invest that and could have been set the rest of her life.
The mom raised her to be spoiled and now can’t figure out why her kid is spoiled.

$800,000 was a joke compared to the money her mom& dad had!

You can only blame Tori for so much…but that’s how YOU raised her.
She needs to be taught about money management, or at least a financial planner.

Mama Spelling: Give her some damn money! She's got 5 kids, and you got it!!

Well in mom’s defense, with 123 rooms in that “house”.. why not give one to the gift wrap? 😂
If Candy wants to help, her best bet is to invite Tori and her family to come live with her. But directly giving money is always risky.

She should help her out. It is not the optimum circumstances, but it is still her family.
