They were kicking off the tee backwards. In American football, the two legs of the tee are closer to the kicker. They did a good job but it would have probably been easier the other way.
@@bowenflob8036 Yeah, that too! I think I'm going to root for them because I love their uniforms, they have great fans, and they have a lot of promise, but they're not so good I feel like a bandwagon fan. Are you a Crystal Palace fan? Who's their best player in your opinion?
@@paulridings6551 yes I am, so I'm biased... However imo if you want a genuine football team that is small enough to still be in touch with the local community, and therefore have a great fanbase, but still competing at the highest level of football in the world then look no further. Unfortunately a lot of the big teams sold their souls a long time ago. Player wise the best player right now is definitely Wilfred Zaha (who was a local boy), but there's lots of up and coming players, (like the two in the video) a lot of them who grey up locally (south London) too. Always gotta root for the underdogs!
@@bowenflob8036 Yeah, the thing I like most about Crystal Palace so far is they feel like a really genuine and fun team who's not just in it for the money. And I'd prefer not to cheer for a big 6 team like Arsenal or Man United. I had narrowed it down to either rooting for Crystal Palace or Brighton, and I was leaning Crystal Palace, but chatting with a CP fan has basically settled it for me!
